sadly, the game isn't really ntr. only one scene involve ntr scenario. all the other scene is "random hypnosis rape" or netori.

the game is really small but have a certain amount of potential.

Basically the "items" you get are names, one name only works on one specific girl, so you have to scout around to gather info/names. During the "battle" scene, the first command is to shoot the hypno gun, and the third is to change the name being used. The second is to just examine/talk to them but that rarely works. I think only one girl required you to examine/talk to them a few turns, which turns out to be the trap anyway.
