Well, the patch doesn't change anything in the graphic, especially the "tiles".
Did it work without the patch?
Try to redownload the game.

Have you decrytpted the "Game.rgssa3"?

I was doing the quest to look for the match underwear and was headed towards the house with the wheel when I found the slum quest, and now the match underwear quest is gone. Did I break the game?

-Decrypt the Game.rgssa3 using
You must be registered to see the links

-Put every file that has been extracted to the game folder (Data, graphic, etc)
-delete Game.rgssa3
-Copy and paste the patch into the game folder
