100% animated futa goodness, now in English.

How to install:
Copy into the Rondo Duo directory and overwrite the files.
The patch was created for v1.06, but should work for earlier ones too.

It seems that besides the numbered versions there's some other variation, which may cause the bonus scenes in gallery to not work. I added the necessary files to the patch just in case.
