It's a S-RPG maker game.
So far there no fan translation of product using this engine. And only a couple of dev translated official english game (and that's nearly machine translation level mind you) that exist on this engine.
So yeah, forget about a translation for the time being.

There never was an full english version. Only some of the menu words was translated. Needless to say that it just made me not care about this game and moved on. xD
