I guess there is a bug with girls not being able to get pregnant (pregnancy scale stays the same even if girl has dangerous days).
I was able to get them pregnant only on my first playthrough.

Remove their "Contraceptive" before you train them. It should be the second or third item in the menu where you can equip them with lewd stuff.

Turn off battle animation in config to avoid it.
It's a known bug, devs are trying to fix it but it seems difficult to pin down.

All CG and almost all during in between maps, 'training' sessions
The game is literally child friendly (no H portraits as well) in battle maps, other than CG when you capture a new heroine

How about EVA instead of AVO? I think it's more commonly used in games.
You can force all heroines to fight naked with some other extras equipped like piercings or writings and there are even dialogues for enemies commenting on that, so I wouldn't call that exactly child friendly

Just a little thought that the "officially" translated title on Dlsite is [Charlotte, the slave queen] ...... Something got lost somewhere along the translation process (yours or theirs)

Though in term of plot her final goal was to take down her sister and become queen herself so in a way they're not wrong.
EDIT: Also, Yugi's sample used Princess :v so that makes another vote for my translation.

launch the game with agth (plus /x3, search in the forum if u dont know how to use agth), then in the option set "copy to clipboard" and "erase ripetition prhase".
now play a little and see some dialogue, then go in agth screen and search the right thread with the text dialogue (this is the boring and frustating part).
now open chiitraslation (not lite) and clic the button "read clipboard".
now u can hook read and play every srpg game
