It looks like they stopped developing it 40% of the way through and tried to run with it.

Kinda sounds like what Capcom did when they tried to release Sengoku Basara 3 in the West. And what they do with some games in general.

I don't have it anymore, but don't get your hopes up, the Game is EXTREMELY unfinished and only has 2 decent animations, the rest of them is just poorly copy pasted
