Story from DLSite:
Monsters confront Sanae on her way back home.
Will she be able to arrive at her house?

Gameplay: Sidescrolling platformer, get through the level without dying to proceed to the next level. Avoid enemies and traps to keep your health. If you are attacked you can struggle out, failing to do so will result in an orgasm and a game over. Her clothes can take damage and it'll show up on the sprite.

Not worth it at all, to be honest. Animations are lackluster and gameplay leaves much to be desired. It doesn't improve at all from the trial.
