Spoiler: Story

Sumire Asagiri, a 3rd-year high school student at the famous Seishu Academy who is selected to serve on the disciplinary committee. You are asked to resolve disputes between students, with the help of your best friend Hinami, in order to receive a recommendation for Seishu Academy University. However, your activities do not go unnoticed and students conspire against you and your dear friend Hinami.

Spoiler: Gameplay

Your best friend Hinami allows you to accept quests at the karate club. Most of the quests require that you fight a battle at some point and you will need to train at the karate club to level up (unless you're aiming for a bad ending). Collect paw coins to unlock new skills. You also have to uncover a plot to obtain a good ending.

Spoiler: H Content

Most H content occurs after losing battles and during game overs and bad endings. There is also a train molestation scene and several scenes with Hinami that trigger periodically throughout the game. No NTR.

water google, supposed to protect you from the swiming club killing move of throwing water at you, aren't working. Even with them equiped it's OS everythime by the skill.

Had to cheat my stat to OS the enemies and get past that point.

And to add to the H content - Himari and chikan scenes only happen on the Good / bitter end road. Flag check is after reaching 4 good or bad request. 4 good => good end route. 4 bad => bad end locked (bad end when hit 5 bad request, or when having 4 bad and 3 good - 2 differents bad ends).

Happy end => good route + plot uncovered (should really be a bittersweet ending though). Bitter sweet route : Good route + plot not uncovered. And another extra bad end for the good rout if you uncovered the plot and get caught.

When failling a request you got a rape scene. You're stuck on the request bad guy - go see them and either defeat them to get free or get fucked again. 3rd scene is the last one - a game over H scene.

You can do the request in whatever order you want. Some require some skill, other not. Advise to do the photo club on day one since it does not require combat, and you can only learn skill starting day 2.
And combat are heavily luck based. Leveling up is reset after each training / day. You can cheat all you cant, the lv up you get from training is limited. So to win a fight you need to reach a good lv by training (which is luck based), then fight again with enemie using some skill that have sometime ridiculous damage / acuracy. Meaning that some fight could be do one hand down if the boss keep missing his big skill, but if he land it 2 times, even with the best of lv you're dead....

If you don't want to bother. Edit your save to get 999 attack and OS every enemie if you attack, and just plain defend without training to lv up to get a loss.

And keep a lot of save since the game DOES NOT have a gallery.

Overall, nice art, decent scene. Short game (and short scene). Rather coridor based (goes to X to get info on request => go to C to find the culprit => fight => good / bad end of request. Rince & repeat). But fight to RNG based and no gallery.

I'm not familiar with the tool, but I think the problem come from the fact the game require the VXace RTP to work.
Simply put, RTP is a package of default files (map, sprite, music....) for a version of RPG maker, that you can install once on your computer and grab the file from there instead of adding them to every single rpg maker game.

The easiest way to get around unless you can install it with JoiPlay would be to get the rtp file, extract it on a pc, and past them in the game directory so all the file are in the game folder.

RPG maker work such that the game should search for files in it's folder before looking for it in the rtp folder before telling it can't find it.

Well, I guess the file is here but in a wrong name.

So, either you got the game from someone who upload the game with corrupted file OR you downloaded and extracted the game archive on a computer that don't know how to handle Japanese name and rewrite them as gibberish.

If it's the latter, for a PC you'd need to switch your local unicode to Japanese before extracting the file (or using 7Zip / winrar specifically chose Japanese encoding bbefore extracting the file).
You can also try to download the trial (if the game as one) and grab the file from here for picture / sound. Or if there only one or two file you can identify yourself, just rename them yourself.
