Thought I'd note, most of these aren't actually playable in the version they uploaded, missing animatons and etc, if anybody would like to fix them and upload the chars here or somewhere else that'd be great.

I tried to download that mugen and it just keeps giving an error msg when I try to unzip it.
 
Had some free time again, so I decided to take up H-mugen. I'm practicing with a simple doggy command, but I'm not exact getting results. Would anyone mind reviewing me my (admittedly low effort) cns? I made sure the move called the first statedef in the file.

EDIT; Actually I got it working now. I set the changeanim2 values to match what I needed. I just need a bit more practice on how to bind target at the right place part of my character
EDIT2; Nevermind about that too. Last thing I wanna learn how to do is to keep my character from killing until the last hit. I don't recognize the values for that from the other aggressors, so if anyone knows, that'd be great. Then I think I'll be good for at least the non-Baocode moves.

I think you have to change it from zip to rar. Then open it, but I couldn't find a mugen to work. So you have to add every character. And I dont have the patience to add a thousand characters to the select file.

Mugen Archive has an 18+ section where new characters are added infrequently. It used to be better, but the archive was purged of 18+ content and has been slow to recover.

First of all, we all know the most common request is a "starter pack" for beginners. This link has everything you need including lots of characters, stages, and a recent version of the game itself. The characters are mostly high quality and compatible with rapers. Credit goes to Dawnstar for the link.

Also, we have an editing tool for MUGEN. It can do simple things like changing what buttons do what attacks, and it can handle more substantial tasks like adding entirely new moves or even whole characters. It just depends on how much time you're willing to invest.

Does anyone happen to have a backup of all the mugen vids and charas I uploaded to mega, my mega account got nuked for some reason
link to the vids were in OP pretty sure I shared the charas at some point as well
 
If I remember correctly mugenero himself has started to reupload his videos to other sites so if you still need his vids you can check his twitter.

but you have to sign up to download the characters, but its free
FC2 video made some new rules and just made the site trash. A lot of mugen vids got deleted. Its just me but I think if you cant tell the difference between real people and fictional characters, you are mentally ill. Its not even like you can have sex with fictional characters. Its not even like you could have sex with a goblin girl if you wanted to. Some people are just mentally messed up in the head.

HCM for some reason deleted this version of Mikoto Misaka it was her first 18+ edit where when you beat her you could see the images of her being raped while some sad music was playing.
