Try running game from admin, it may be source of issues on win10.
Also, check if you have java 64 last update and actually selected
(control panel - java - java - 64 version should be selected and on top)
Sometimes people have both 32 and 64 installed and 32 overrides startup, its a bit weird.
So, if anyone else cannot start the game despite 64bit Java, try completely uninstalling everything Java and then reinstalling it. I had 32bitJava installed, and when I added the 64bit version, it installed in the same directory as that default path [Program Files (x86)], while a fresh install goes to [Program Files]. I suspect that Java applications using 64bit don't look in the directory for 32bit at all.
They kinda override each other, especially since Java itself changing their installations from version to version.

Some people reported issues on Win10 i really wanna know if control are buggy.
The controls worked fine for me. Well, I guess they could be improved, but they work.
Overall, I already liked what I played. Your animation so far is a massive selling point, but the gameplay, while basic overall, makes for some really fun stuff, as well. I can imagine this becoming even better as development progresses. Looking forward to it!

For anyone having a hard time, stop trying to complete the dungeon you first couple of times. Just go in and get what you can safely then leave, eat in town and repeat. If you manage to get one of the better swords to drop, your catgirl fighter will facerape everything from then on ;P
If you still have confilcts - you can uninstall ALL Java versions and install only 64.
You have both 32 and 64 - they may conflict and game may crash.

You can also do Smith quest line. She gives you better sword for Slime gel, and her second quest has some extra animation for run from boss battle.
is it the bloody one? lol I forgot the names. Hell I was just trying to get all the h-animations and CGs and at one point looked in my inventory and it was sitting there along with one that was in-between the bloody one and the base sword. XD
Also that's a pretty great idea, you manage to escape but leave the person you're escorting behind.
Yes, she gets centaur scene if you leave her behind.
You can also skip boss event / fight by doing that Imp trader event (her animation will come in updates~)

Can probably get that CG from main artist, but maaan i want John for that, his shading was great for that boss scene~
Complete first smith quest (collect slime), then comeback and take the next quest, it will teleport you into a small dungeon where you can meet the centaur.
I'm having issues running the game as well. I've read through the thread and made sure I only have 64 bit java installed and selected but the game does not seem to want to run. I have tried to run it in administrator but that does not seem to work either. My mouse cursor just changes to the loading circle for a bit and then nothing seems to happen. Strangely when I tried to delete the game it said it's being used by Java Platform SE binary so something is happening, is it really taking that long to load? It's been 10+ minutes. I have a modern computer and I'm using windows 10. Sorry if this isn't detailed enough the game looks great from what I've seen on this thread.
There is also problem with some video drivers, crashing before Java can even start properly.
Happens on some stuff like Catalyst crap or something like that, theyre too fkn lazy to fix constant stream of bugs in their driver packs, so it conflicts with some things.
Try to update your drivers, or if you have latest - rollback on stable build few months ago.
I will try to apply some performance and launch fixes on next major update.

If I unpack the jar-in-an-exe, remove the internal natives directory, and then run it as java -cp . rapedungeon.LewdMaze I get the second exception still.
Again, don't feel obliged to fix this (although if it's easy to, great) but maybe it's related to the problems some other people are having.
