Been a while. Starting to worry a bit about how quiet this has been.

I think Bug Runner is too

His absence and lack of game or status updates has been due to depression and lack of motivation.
The Bug Runner Overhaul is on hiatus until further notice.

What do all the stats mean? I get the Health and Gun icons, but not the rest.

From top to bottom, we have
Stamina - If this becomes empty, you don't die, you just become unable to struggle. It will fill with Purple as your mind begins to turn which doesn't seem to have any adverse effects afaik.
Gun Power - The more gun power you have, the further it shoots
Struggle Strength - The higher it is, the more effective your struggling is
Speed - The higher it is, the faster you run
Infestation - It works like a health bar but backwards. If it fills up completely, you're fully infested and it's game over.
Pregnant - If you become pregnant, this bar will start to fill, when it fills completely, the player character gives birth to a green worm.

Can you remove the green worm if it attaches to you?

Also, what is that green coffee mug-looking device just to the north and west of the bed?

You remove the green worm and any infestation using the green device

I guess since someone necro'd the thread, I should probably bring to attention that the dev isn't working on the game anymore.

Seems like some IRL stuff happened, and it hit them really hard.

They ARE still working on another game I believe, but it's not public yet, nor beyond a concept stage as far as I am aware.

Maybe if we're lucky Merc will drop by and update us in the future.

Edit: Removed the stuff explaining what happened. Didn't realize it was in the update itself. Perhaps I should learn to read.
