I can't even get the demo to run! When I attempt to open game.exe I get a message I don't understand, and then the application closes... You guys must be doing something that I'm not.

That's clearly a generic RTP error, meaning you haven't installed RPG-maker's core files.

What do Con, Dex, and Will do? Which stat do they improve?

As a life-long D&D fan, I assume it is as follows
Strength: Improves damage with melee weapons
Con: Increases how much HP you gain with leveling up
Dex: Increases accuracy with a weapon, dodging attacks, and possibly damage with ranged weapons
Will: either increases the potency of magic, and/or how many spells per day you can cast

The mechanics are different in this game from the norm, which is why I asked.
Also the updated versions supposedly have a bunch of scenes I can't find.
There's supposed to be a meat toilet scene, Kobold scene etc but I can't find any of them.

Of course take into consideration that ILL's trying to emulate D&D in RPG Maker so some stuff may be different.

The kobold scene you can get following the story (as shown in the video) a few posts back.

As for the meat toilet scene, you get this in the test house which is in the first town you get to, the house north of you with a maid soon as you enter. You have to lose to the ruffians for the scene to happen.

Yeah I figured out the meat toilet scene on my own, but still can't find the kobold scene.
Unless you mean to say that the little dragon monsters are kobolds.

click the eye icon near the top left with the word Kobold, looks the same o_O

Each game sort of portrays them different, possibly why you were expecting them to look different.

Because I decompiled the rgss archive and found unused sprites for goblin/orc sex along with a lot of interesting stuff like audio files for Lynn's moans etc.
Though I haven't been able to find any Lynn sex scenes I was hoping to at least 'shame' her and have the enemies grope her a bit.

May possibly see some in the future demo, but for now, no idea but it will be in the full version~

I have a picture of Lynn and "Eco"? among others, looking messed up (including a few other non lynn pictures of some purple haired girl that i think that weren't supposed to be in there yet, pretty extreme pic.) so I'm pretty sure it's gonna be in the game.

She's in the game.
The purple haired chick with the eye-patch? She only appears to revive you after the plant monsters kill you.
Speaking of which the plant monsters are ideal for farming with the long bow, they take a while to farm, but you can really pack a punch after grinding them for a bit.

Eye-patch has black hair, not purple. The one I'm talking about is not in the demo game 100%, the pictures i have were also removed in later versions so he probably added them by accident and removed them later.

Pictures could be considered to be a bit extreme so me liked :p
