During the events of the original game, Silent Pill, another story was taking place ...
The protagonist and rookie police officer at Shizuoka Police Station, Rika Saeki, valiantly keeps the peace of Shizuoka city.
But suddenly, after unidentified life forms begin attacking the city, the country's peaceful daily life quickly vanishes.
Men are killed, while women are raped, to give birth to even more monstrous offspring.
With Shizuoka's communication equipment out of action, and evacuees trembling in fear, Saeki Rika must escape Shizuoka City, which has turned into a hell on earth.
Her mission: to request rescue from the Self-Defense Forces (SDF)!
But can she herself survive not only the terrible invasion of life forms seeking to impregnate her, but horny local men who desire to defile her body?

Escape Shizuoka City and reach the SDF, meeting new allies along the way, while navigating around endless hordes of enemies.
New areas include not only the city, but a church, underground sewer, botanical garden, museum, power plant, and more.
During combat, the MC can get assaulted and even impregnated, unless she uses the eponymous birth control pill to protect her womb.
You can view all scenes through the Gallery, which can be unlocked at the start.
