I'm looking for the creator of a game, whom i can't remember the name of. Nor the game he produced.
Either way here goes:
Abnormally large breasts
Adventure game
Loli
Pink hair
Multiple costumes, the default one is a typical japanese school dress, but she has too large tits for it to cover the stomach
World map has a big city in the middle, a desert biome to the south, a frost biome to the north, a plains biome to the east and a mountain biome to the west.
A helper penguin if i recall correctly
Creator is producing a new game with a roguelike dungeon now
