Some hints on heavy content games?
I don't like RPG maker (too slow) or action games (too hard), even if fairy fighting or wolf's dungeon have very excellent designs.
I liked Akabur's, Teaching feeling, My slave Brothel ... Starless is good but it is too slow to advance. Jack o nine tails is too scientific, perhaps I need to dig it deeper.

Prisoner Market - VN, <strike>you can buy it uncensored&eng on mangagamer.</strike> There is english patched version floating around and game is on dlsite.
Taimanin [series] -VN, fan translated, censored, though... it can get weird.
Euphoria - VN, uncensored&eng on mangagamer.

I know there are more, but those three are ones I can think of right now.
Especially Euphoria and Prisoner Market should hit the spot. A lot of choices and routes to play around. But, those are VNs and not trainer games.

Right, my brain started working a little, so... pretty much most of trainer games (so Akabur and all clones). Here, few that are still incomplete and being worked on.

slave maker is supposed to be similar to jack o nine tails but I haven't actually played it just heard people comparing them

I played an adventure game called Crossguard not too long ago.

Its a RAGs text game, and short but to the point.

You play a Fox Mage that's been captured by lizardmen, you can either try to resist them or accept your lot and become a slave.

It's halfway through development, but it has plenty of bdsm-themed content.

If you're into text-games and don't mind some furry friends here and there - TITS and COC from fenoxo are worth a try. Even if some fetishes don't appeal to you - they're pretty fun and quite original games by themselves. They're quite low on bdsm content, but you can find a few scenes.

You made a little mistake there. It's not on mangagamer nor is it uncensored.
The only one on top of my head that haven't been said would be skyrim with slavery mods... That's if you don't care if it's an anime game or not.

Yep, it wasn't, my bad.
It's on eng dlsite with eng censored version floating around.

do you have a 2.4.0.0 version of rags by any chance? the main site is not correctly working and it doesnt have the old version...

I didn't know the very good Wife Trainer, Aku Mu, Rogue like and Prisoner market, all very good.
Total NC is a little too simple.
Crossguard is good too, a little text intensive.
