Just found this on DLSite, looks interesting, hope there will be some translation down the line.
Controls:
Arrow keys for movement and space to attack enemies and interacting with NPCs.
Gameplay:
You can accept quests in the tavern and in town by talking to NPCs that have a quest marker. You can move to a fight area outside of town where monsters dwell which you can attack and loot for resources which you need to complete quests. If you get attacked by monsters, your clothes will break after some hits making you vulnerable to getting h-attacked by the monsters.
Fetishes:
Loli, Milking, Childbirth, Urination/Peeing, Tentacle Interspecies Sex, Tiny Breasts, Pregnant Woman
