All the sex stuff is selectable/skippable/behind choices. You don't have to see what you despise.

It doesn't have to be a girl. It could be Eric or Kevin dressed as girls. Remember the text in the toilet that Kevin is gay?

The other usual requirement is that they also look like a girl even when in boys cloths. Traps are usually very effeminate in design.

Lol I think the lifeguard is out of the running at this point cause we already have seen her naked. She's meant to be the check off for the box for the glory hole fetish.

Still, I haven't seen any options yet for disabling unwanted fetish content within the game. If it's there I must have missed it. If it's being planned for then great, but if it's just what makes sense in general then that's unfortunate. I mean, trolling is one thing (and sort of hilarious for a game developer to got to that much effort), but just forcing people to go through every character's story arc even if there's unwanted content is another thing. ...I mean, I'm still gonna play it cause this game has been great so far, but could turn people off from the game. I think all the people freakin' out over the mystery trap character has been evidence enough for that.

I think disabling unwanted fetishes will be added later. And some will probably be easily avoidable like anal (if anyone don't like it) by a simple chat option in the game.
The trap fetish is more subtle to disable, cause it would mean the dev would have to either write 2 stories with the trap, one where he/she is a trap and one where he/she isn't, or simply block the story at a certain point if the player asked for no trap fetishes (by a check box at the beginning of a new game for example) by a "got friendzoned" kind of situation.

Unless I'm mistaken, we never actually really see her boobs - just a semi-side partial view with her wearing a bra through the telescope - which could be a stuffed bra for all we know, or she's a ladyboy. As for the rubbing up and down on the teddy bear, that doesn't mean Mia's a girl as for all we know there's a hole in the teddy that a guy/ladyboy could use for stimulation.

Mia is an obvious trap, which also doesn't discount that fact. Consider this - the mother is a strict religious control type - it could be that she really, really wanted a daughter because she views "men" as all evil, corrupt mini-devils and thus need to be controlled/dominated to keep them god-fearing and purge them of Satan's influences & corruption (like lust, masturbation, etc)... and when the 'son' was born couldn't accept it. So dressed the child as a boy, taught the boy to act, speak like, dress, etc as a girl... which is one reason why Mia is NOT allowed to date or have friends over - dating/friends-over/sleepovers elsewhere runs the risk of the truth being found out. Obviously the religious aspect plays heavily on this as well... so could just be religious reason's.

As I said, it's an obvious potential trap to me, but being obvious doesn't mean it should be discounted.

And the other thing is... are we talking trap as in boy who dresses as a girl, or a possible lady-boy... who has boobs but also a penis? Mia could still fit that role. Or reverse-trap - a girl dressing as a guy (although this would be harder to pull off, but is possible).

IMO the two obvious/stereotypical 'traps' are Mia and the goth girl. They both are the stand-outs for being a 'trap'... which makes me think that if the creator is trying to be tricky, it'll be neither. Say maybe the principle or the prim-proper hall monitor being a lady-boy (since we have seen boobs). If we go for the ladyboy trap, then the bank teller is also the stereotypical option for that.

I doubt it'll be the Aunt, mother or sister, since I suspect the creator doesn't want to spoil the 'trap' right away and wants to leave people guessing.. and both mum & sister are too close to you and would have been known prior.

Just wanted to chime back in here to say that Mia is most definitely not the trap.

Based on his live stream today, Mia will be playing strip poker with Erik and the MC. Just assuming that the point of the game is to get her naked unless I'm totally misjudging the way the MC swings. Incidentally this could also be the way the MMF tag is gonna be hit up, but anything is possible at this point.

Speaking of which, if people aren't afraid of spoilers then I definitely recommend checking in every now and again to Dark Cookie's live streams. He produces art for the game and streams it daily. Not only is it cool to watch a really talented designer work (besides the fact that I like his music selection), it's a great way to really keep in touch with development. It's really hard to have mismanaged expectations when you know your designer is streaming 2 hours of CG dev every night. Honestly I've never pledged to any patreon account, but this one has me questioning that. He's that good and deserves the plug.

Ahhhh, I couldn't remember the correct anime/hentai term so used the one that came to mind. And even then I got the usage incorrect. lol Yes, I was referring to Futanari when using the term ladyboy... as for some reason that's what had settled in my mind/memory for it. However, the correct meaning for ladyboy is a man who dresses up as a women... duh! Note, ladyboy is a Thai word/identification.

As for my comments on sister/mother/aunt.. I was basically checklisting female characters I could remember, and forgot completely about the shower scene with the sister and the mother scene. It happens. lol

As for the Goth girl, she faces the same issue/problem as Mia does regarding the whole locker-room thing. Unless she completely skips all form's of sports / Physical Education classes... if she was a trap wouldn't there be some rumors or such about it? I mean, she's have to get changed in a shared gender room now...

Same issue with the bully girl and her friend you can met in the shower. Although maybe there is more - as I avoided them after the first situation with them... so don't know if you get to see anything of theirs.

What about the female coach? Are there any scene's with her? As a teacher she wouldn't change with the students.

As for the bank teller. That's the most obvious choice. Which is why I'm inclined to say no to it, but maybe I'm just too used to playing other/regular/mainstream/etc games where game devs try and be clever/different about these things and not go the obvious route. lol

Also if you look at the body types then the teller fits the idea better. Still, Goth girl does have that bulky jacket, though its hardly bulky enough to hide her curves. It also feels more like the MC knows she is a girl from before. Considering one of the quests is get a date for the prom, she seems like a date option. Funny how just this aspect of the game turns out to be the most controversial and most talked about, especially when its skipable.

Overall not a bad game, and definitely one to look forward to.

I meant hiding a trap and whatever else in an in-development game that will be revealed later. Right now with the feature creep players are being gradually introduced to new characters and the sexual tension is built with each subsequent update. To pull the rug out from under players in a later update just to go "Surprise! That character you were really into and were anxiously waiting to see their sex scenes is actually a dude with a dick!" or "That character you've been enjoying actually only gets turned on from her scat fetish and now that sexual content you were waiting for now lies beyond this scat fetish disclaimer. Do you wish to continue?" is dangerous. Doesn't seem worth the risk to have a portion of your paying audience to revolt just because you felt like trying to appease every fetish-lover and for whatever reason wanted to treat the fetish reveal as a slow-burn joke.
