Speaking of the update, I got my hands on it a couple of days ago and finished it. Had a lot of school so I forgot to give a summary of the extra story.
The extra story has MC and Sera living their wonderful married life when suddenly they get a visit from Baram and the executioner dude. When asked why Keith didn't tag along this time, the duo reveals that he's been hospitalized due to too much sex with Sera. Baram and the executioner dude then reveal why they're at the couple's house again which is to of course, bang Sera some more. Sera questions why they don't just go bang other women or hire a prostitute to which they respond that sex with Sera is simply too good and any other woman can't compare. Furthermore, Sera is the only woman they know with godlike stamina when it comes to sex, case in point, Keith's hospitalization. Another bonus is that the MC gets his NTR fetish satisfied so its another win-win situation. MC of course agrees and the duo agrees to bring Sera back by the next morning. However, as the two walk off with the MC's wife, he suddenly feels like he's made a mistake. For the entire day, the guy is banging Sera left and right and also in public with the aim of giving her experiences that she's never had with the MC such that should the MC ever attempt it with her, she's end up remembering the executioner's sex and think its way better (because according to her, it is. Then again that's not much of an accomplishment since everyone seems to be better than the MC at sex. Not that the MC is bad at sex but most of the guys that Sera ends up banging on several occasions usually have something that sets them apart from the normal guy, except Keith. Poor Keith). By the end of the executioner's day with Sera, he's monopolized her to the point that even Baram feels cucked and realizes the MC's pains. Turns out he's just in a deep sleep as a result of over exhaustion due to not eating much and staying up late, both a result of his kinky depression. Wife is relieved that nothing serious happened (she thought the house was robbed or the MC killed. Something along those lines) and the duo catch up with her, commenting on her strength and love for her husband. By this point, they both realize that even though they're leagues above the MC in sex, they were never going to win her over since her love for the MC was never grounded much in sex to begin with. The MC is still fast asleep despite his front door being broken and his wife previously raising hell in the house. The duo decides that they might as well give the MC a present when he wakes up for the 3 days they've monopolized Sera.
Switching to the MC's POV as he wakes up, he hears a slapping noise and some moans. Opening his eyes, he finds the duo banging the wife right beside him. Turns out, they've been going at it for several hours while waiting for the MC to wake up to the point that they forgot the MC was even there. Overall, pretty good update to the game which is basically just more of what made the base game so good in the first place (specifically the second half). Can't wait for Suzuya's next NTR game (or next update, I ain't complaining.)
