I suspect the maker being German because the needles are called "Orgasmus Injektionen" which is accurate German for "Orgasm Injections"
EDIT: The Forest town after the airship has a box next to the shop, with the code "22" containing Machine Gun "The Butterfly"

I played this game for a while, and I think it has potential.
Now, before anyone goes on and read this post, bear in mind that this is merely a suggestion. It's based on my 20-30 minutes of playthrough and I bear no ill intent towards the creator him/herself.
My first impression:
I know this game is disturbing to some people and perhaps are made deliberately so (thankfully, after playing a lot of other "games", I am now unfazed by it). Graphics-wise, I think you managed to convey the message of each scenes, so that's alright.
I laughed quite a bit when I saw that evil guy's face and when he says "u" instead of "you". (I suppose the graphics kinda kills the mood a bit, but I digress for now)
However, take the necrophilia scene in the opening scene for example: the evil man rapes a dead body while speaking in a 12-years old kids language. This just kills the mood straight away. And then the lack of capital letters in each sentence is triggering my OCD (well, figuratively speaking)
I really feel that this game is seriously lacking in terms of translation quality. Personally, I think this is a big turn-off for me, although I can't speak for everyone.
Perhaps you can ask people to help you with the quality check(QC). I can't say for sure, but I suppose some people in ULMF will be happy to help you with that. (at least I am)

The ship sneaking is 100% broken. You cannot get past the 3rd guard. The entrance to his area auto triggers detection no matter the direction or how you walk. Its an invisible wall not sure if that is supposed to be like that? Also his path is not set so he walks off the screen. The timer hits 0:00 and nothing happens. 2nd guarded chest also has auto detection.
Plane scene is easiest thing to beat. Just hug left or right wall and you cannot lose. But that scene is horribly hard if you do not cheat it. either slow projectiles or give more reaction time/move plane to bottom of screen.

Same problem, i'm stuck.
I also noticed, the only way is go on left or right.
P.S. From the new update from now (to the point where I'm stuck) the best scene is with the grandma, is fun (i don't spoil why).

there are some bugs yes! but its not 100% broken u can do it.
thats how it works!:
those 2 guys talk and start the event.
now a tricky part!
wait until Guard 2 Moves Up.
Guard Nr. 3 is not Impossible!
u have to wait for him to move down. when he stops walking. then wait 1sec
and run to the exit.
and the last guard runs out of the screen but you still can escape:
1 run and hide behind the pillar. wait until the guard moves up and
then u can escape!

It worked but it would be nice to be more lenient because if you go before the 1 second after he has already stopped yo are seen and until you see how long he waits there its hard to do.
Other than that he does still walk off the map and the timer does not hit zero.
Rest is pretty polished. Would have a skip intro for intro scene shows him to be pretty evil but fetish is not for everyone and at the beginning is a bit ehhhh.

Angel Tower crashes on the first floor whenever the stones is pushed near and "into" the pools. Figured it out but that crash is confusing none the less.

Thats usually the problem with games in english, the translation/writing quality usually isn't great.
using "u" instead of You sounds pretty bad though.
I would advise getting a Beta reader or something.

You need to not give the boat after the grandma and put the 3 right on the ground in front of the volcano or the game breaks bad. I was able to do all the angels and go to the imp city without doing the cano.
Rest of them were not breakable but that was.
The skip of the scene with the dungeon/(homo) should be for a few things it made it much better. (Necro, granny, homo) even though they are not that bad.

Out of curiosity, is this game entirely victory rape, or can the male protagonist get raped on losing?
EDIT: Just got it and checked. If you like VR you'll probably like this game. If you prefer GoR I doubt there's any of that here. Might be best to just skip it.

Beat the game the big problems were the ship stealth said before, and the rowboat allowing you to go places you should be able to go. Also the fairy forest I think something else was supposed to be there as well but could not find such a thing.
