So far the school girl with the unknown grade/age and a health teacher have been confirmed. Seeing as how it's numbered, it'll be identical to the previous formats of students and 1 or 2 teachers.
A big question for many will be whether or not it's RPGMaker MV or Livemaker. At this point, the creators are well adapted to the point and click functionalities of MV and do a great job of it, though there are still some conveniences that only Livemaker offers.
 
It'll probably be MV. Guess they moved fulltime to MV now with the last few games being on it.

Ah yea i see, i thought you mean there will be a chest or some sort after picking up the key.

1. execute "RPGMakerMVGame Hook patcher"
2. Choose RPG MV game exe
3. Copy Paste that formula at "Text Block Recognition"
don't forget to click Add ...

oh yeah, I add translation for old man who give part time job at District 9 ...
(it's ver 1.2.7 too so you might apply it without worry)

I also translate Choice at Casino ver 1.27 (the dialoge haven't translated yet) ...

I'll ... "translate" Etigoya help ... and add some from what I have found ...
  • If you lose, you lost HALF of your money and lost some item (usually healing item)
  • Cabinet and Box sometimes contain item
  • Clicking at Clock (upper Left) can skip time
  • Press C key to jump (you can jump up to roof and might access some hidden path)
  • Buy Suppress Map (サプレスマップ) then at menu choice (マップ) (MAP) you can teleport to place you visited before, click area then choice 移
  • Most box has 2 item variation, 1st area bank can get 7k or 70k, another box is 500$ or 85k (this reduced a lot at ver 1.2
  • Very few box have 1 or 3 item variation.
  • Clicking heroine can raise excitement degree (興奮度) at Breast, Head, and Crotch
  • After few days box can open again, I always go 1st area bank get 150k (in latter version you need to wait SOME DAYS as in more than a week)
  • if lag, choice オプション > 軽量化 > ON
  • To unlock all H scene, goes to jail at 9th District and jump around at wall, access the single northern grate inside cell
  • You can sell your item at certain pawn shop, BUT all shop can change their selling rate randomly, and you can even sell item with 70% price which might net you plenty of money
  • Enemies might drop Hand Gun and Hand Rifle (VERY RARELY), combined with selling at 70%, you can get some nifty money
  • Certain shop at certain location can sell you bullet and such cheaper compared other place, try to find it. The earlier cheap is at 1st district street shop, it only have around 80 tough.
  • The cheapest Item price to buy located at YOUR OWN SHOP (you need to buy at property agent)
  • If you tight on money and can't even buy bullet, do part time job being offered at NE part of 9th District
  • You can Gamble at casino and trade it for coin price
  • You will get KO (fainted) when your "Drunk" reach 120%, and might get raped if certain NPC reach you

I already recheck a lot of thing, the most update from 1.1 to 1.2 comes from Common Event, so basically :
1. have ver 1.2 raw
2. Apply Rrezz translation
3. Apply my translation (which mostly at Common Event)
^^ there, update to ver 1.2 is done ^^

basically the update to fix lags and bugs, so it should be smoother for gaming ...
(still need quite decent PC to play obviously)
 
Just a little pointer : there's a massive Dlsite summer sale until Sept 25th, and every T-enta-P games are 50% off
