Trial Version is available: Only the brown haired girl is selectable, not all scenes are available.
Description of Gameplay: It plays almost identically to every other entry in the series. You have a group of girls (and teacher) to choose from and your goal is to frighten each character through a series of 3 scares such that if they get scared enough, they will faint. This is determined by their bpm, where if high enough, (191 bpm), they will faint. From then on, you, as the custodian, get to do whatever you'd like with your victims until they regain consciousness.
Similar to the previous game, Death Zone Gun Sweeper, this game is also animated entirely in Live2D so things are much more expressive, such as the girls twitching after fainting or seeing the foam flow out of their mouths when unconscious. This game also runs on RPG Maker MZ. As such, system requirements are going to be higher than expected.

Controls: Directional Keys (Can be used for navigating menus but that's it).
Mouse/touchpad is the main control scheme, left click to confirm/select, right click to bring up menu/cancel.

Synopsis: Like every entry in the series, you're the janitor/custodian of the institution and you're hosting the usual Courage Test for the girls. Your goal is to frighten each person so he can have sex with them when knocked out.

EDIT: DMM announcement has a video demo as well as preview images. With what lazycat stated, DMM is even stricter with censorship towards gaijins, where a VPN is required to access the R-18 content. I plan on attaching some of the previews for those who don't have access. If any of the previews violate any ToS, I'll gladly remove it.

Post-release update #1:
T-ENTA-P is implementing an unfinished suppository effect scene where rather the girls and teacher will at some point be unable to hold it in from the effects of the suppository and soil themselves on the spot.

For a bit of context, I browsed through the live2d assets as well as some of the flags. It turns out that all of the clothes you can change into after the initial wetting can also be soiled, including things like the full body tights, raincoats, and kids outfits. What I found is that in the waiting room, you can actually ring the bell (not through normal means, I had to turn on the switch/flag for that functionality). It does not do anything but in reading the translated dialogue under commonEvents.json, you can essentially scare the girls a second time. They won't faint but the suppository effect and bell ringing will be too much for them to hold it in.

Some more cut content I found: We were actually going to have the wetting after fainting effects from some of the older games where after fainting, the girls world soil themselves even more if they had consumed the drinks.
