I just finished Princess Sacrifice and the concept of a DnD style H-game really piqued my interests. I'm curious if there are any games similar to that style of gameplay?

Also english or english patch greatly appreciated.

Every tabletop roleplaying game is an H-Game if you want it to be; no exaggeration there. Play a normal game and add sex to it. If a monster has a grapple attack just make it molesty, etc. It's easy.

If you haven't already... the Roleplaying Subforum and the Play By Post subforum here on ULMF are entirely related to games in the Tabletop tradition, many with an Hentai element.

If you want to run/play a DnD style game, just post an idea in the sign up threads and wait to see if there are people with a similar interest.

The one time I thumbed through the rules on that game made it look as boring as it was weirdly perverse. So many tables.

There was a pdf book that I read some time ago... Rules for sex... "Appearence atribute" news pells... (A Bard's kiss that can ressurect for exemple)

Some things sucked but others were creative. D&D 3.5 I guess.

I will look for it.

I ran a FATAL game once

Everyone died in character creation, then we declared it a success and went on to play something else

Book of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge
Including spells such as
Change Sexual Alignment, Constant Orgasm, and Corrupt Foetus
Mechanics for giving birth, and contracting sexual diseases including:
Bitchy Magical Syndrome (B.M.S.)
This magical disease only affects females. Males should
reroll on the magical disease table. Females with this
disease are always very moody. They change their mood
every ten minutes or whenever a check based on
charisma is required. This mood swings are rather
extreme, from excitement to lazyness, from anger to joy.
This can lead to such wonderful situations, that a female
character, who was feinted during a combat sits down and
looses all interest at the encounter. The effect will last for
2d6 days in a row. For 1d20 days afterwards, the woman
is not effected, till the next fit of B.M.S sets in.
