Game is delayed till January 2017.

How do they manage to delay it so many times?! I thought this time it would be a week or two at best.

Because usually estimates are done with 'if I can work X hours per Y period of time, and given that I've done Z so far, it should take this long' i.e. it's a 'perfect run' scenario.

Which given how life is, usually is never the case.

Be it outside complication (bug occurring due to later flags conflicts, PC meltdown, sickness, family/work related issues) or otherwise (like underestimating how time to do the art, additional content because suddenly realizing you missed something, or writer's block)

Immense regret. At this point the train divided by zero and was wiped from existence.

Oh come on now, it's not that bad.

I like to distract myself with something that has guaranteed updates like Wolf Dungeon, then forget that this game exists and be pleasantly surprised when it comes out.

I refresh that blog every day but wasn't going to bump this thread with yet more bad news.

Like come on, just read the first post. It was edited in August to say the game would come out in September.

That time has long since past.

All i can see in his blog is that the game are delayed, but nothing saying its estimated to be done next year.
While it's pretty much a given that released on February is a very possible bad scenario and is to be expected, don't carelessly spout misinformation please.

And when you consider how that game turns out in the end... Who knows, maybe it will be better if it was never released, so it could become a legendary meme, whats with 'Forever' in its title.

But well, like i had stated before, i will forgive the delays if the game turns out to be satisfying. *optimistic*
