The ropedemon seems to read Jasmine's mind, as it lets go of Helena, allowing Jasmine to snap the pillory in place and curling around her arm. Two ropes have been thrown over branches with loops on both ends.

There's no answer to Helena's question as Willow steps out of her view, and apparently takes something out of her bag.
