It will work regardless. So long as you use your dlsite account on which you purchase it from, it will work. Try log out of your dlsite in the webpage and relogin again and the use the same login info to run the game.
You must have mistyped something.

I already tried that i even slowed my pace typing on the keyboard to make sure
i wont buy DRM again

Probably app local set to japanese then restart computer? It never happened to me for this game nor other drm protected games japanese or otherwise... sorry about it.
