Synopsis
TiW is a Role-Playing Game based upon a western-style vision of lore and gameplay; it aims to offer a storyline reminiscent of Dungeons & Dragons, or The Lord of the Ring. Thus, it is designed to be experienced as a game novel that will stimulate your imagination as you explore a world where the impossible is commonplace.

Game looks alright, art is strange, but I like text-based games as long as the writing's worthwhile. I'll give it a look. Seeing that little similarity above makes me wonder where the rest of the logo art came from.

Never in my life I thought I'd meet Gaston in an adult game...

Played this til the end of the demo, favorite scene is the statue scene.
I really hope that the perpetrator (white mage, perhaps?) is a female or at least futa, since the way they talk feels feminine and is very gentle.

The minigames took quite a long time especially in the tavern, and I wish there's an option to run from combat.

Speaking of which, the combat system is quite good, but I wish you'd add more flavor text instead of only attacking or wrestling. If you ask what I want, I'd like it if there's some kind of temptation or enticing attack, it doesn't have to have any effect and just for flavor only, though it'd be really better if you add some effects.

Very well done, and quite interesting, but i don't personally play puzzle games, so it's lost on me, unfortunately.

Still, the part until i realized it was going to be a repetitive puzzle game was quite entertaining.

TiW Update! Introducing Custom Pictures Folder

Patch Notes:

• Introducing the custom pictures folder! Players may now create their own sets of custom pictures, which will be used during the gameplay as a hypnotic mechanism. Detailed instructions are available inside the offline packages. Note: game pictures are now only available in offline mode.
  
• Updated the Table Service minigame, which is now a bit more fun through the addition of quotes and unknown icons.
  
• Tweaked the Hand Maiden minigame; it is now slightly easier to get a sample, though the addition of pictures mechanisms (if selected) makes the whole thing a bit tricky!
  
• Updated the offline packages with NW.js 0.19.0, which integrates Chromium 55 and the V8 5.5 Javascript engine. The game performance does seem improved, especially on low-memory devices (thank you Google).

Author’s Notes:
I am giving the finishing touches to upcoming Patrons release of the game, which will feature the oral sex mechanism and a few more updates to quests/events. I’m still unsure if I will keep some features of the game Patron-only, or if I’ll trickle down versions (most likely the latter).

However, I also wanted to update the current patch first, notably by testing the addition of custom pictures. From my preliminary testing, I can attest that it makes the game a lot more… interesting (the handjob mechanic is especially more fun that way – even if you lose).

Thanks for the nice words. Yeah, new game modes are coming soon. However, sex attacks during combat are not considered for this game. Still, there will be plenty of sex mechanics, like oral and dirty dancing.

There's no need for sex attacks, what I'm talking about is a teasing attacks featuring temptation and seduction. Like when the Black apprentice attack, they can have a text such as "The Black apprentice display her breasts" or whatever similar. Given your theme about hypnosis, I think this is quite appropriate.

You don't have to add any new mechanic or even a lust bar, you can just link them with the normal health bar.

Interesting start, but Hand Maiden minigame is needlessly frustrating. It's like dealing with a band of impotents who need specific stimulation in specific time, because slight deviation makes them completely flaccid. I think that an easy mode is here more needed than for fights.

Ok, this is another public patch, which I decided to do this way since there was a few bugs I wanted to fix in the previous offline version, and it was easier to send the package away to everyone like that.

Still, I’d be happy to welcome suggestions for more exclusive content to patrons, in case you feel that you aren’t getting your money’s worth out of my work.

The new oral sex engine is easier to grasp than the previous handjob game, which made use of the Draggable interface. All in all, I was satisfied with being able to program an innovative mechanic (which works on mobile devices), however it wasn’t as intuitive as I liked it to be, and players didn’t like that. In retrospective, I think the line between too easy and too hard was hard to define, especially with the amount of devices it can be played on. Still, in my defense I could claim that trying to play with the position engine of the Draggable interface was hard to program effectively.

Well, enough about this. As I said, I think that the new oral engine brings some welcome excitement to the game, especially if you play with a pictures package offline. I let you people be the judges of that. Still, I think I could provide more instructions about it, though I prefer to let players discover some of the mechanics as a test of its simplicity.

I now stand in front of a (virtual) blank page, in respect to where I want to go from here. Thus, here are the paths I’m considering in the near term:

• Dance Engine for the Den of Depravity
• A Dressing Room in the Purple Mask (change outfits & makeup)
• Leeth Serine (which will require a new team combat engine – a big task, maybe I’ll start with the storyline first)

Alright, back to work. In the meantime, feel free to tell me what you think.

Yeah, that's a choice I made a long time ago, during my other games (a long story). In the end, I prefer to go with hostile combat, and let spells be the reason for corruption and transformation. After the combat I feel free to implement the sex scenes.

Yeah, the handjob engine was hard to properly balance, between too easy and too hard. I suggest you try the new blowjob engine, which should be more fun to play.

TiW Update! Dancing Engine (Golden Edition)!

Patch Notes:

• Introducing the Dancing Engine, which can play your own mp3 files! This new game, exclusive to the Golden Heart Edition, will remind you of the famous Dance Dance Revolution! However, be reminded that mistakes will activate the hypnotic pictures you might have chosen.
• A few more options are available to customize your game experience (optimized colors, mainly)
• Updated the offline packages with NW.js v0.20.1beta (Chrome 56 mainly, from what I can see)
• A new main menu design (golden heart to underline the premium edition)

Wow, a few bugs kept popping up, but in the end I managed to deliver (once again, if I can use this space to self-congratulate myself). It took longer than I thought to get this going, but I also managed to write at least two Canvas engines which will power the new combat engine that will arrive soon.

In the meantime, I’m going to be working on the storyline, which will take you to the Elven city of Leeth Serine. Events will happen, and I hope to introduce more game characters, which I felt is necessary as we leave the introduction of the game and start going along the story (we need more romance and adventure!).

Two is a Pair!
It is with great pleasure that I have begun to collaborate with Ada Krane, who you might know as the primary writer and content creator for School of Smut (a great game of its genre).
She will help me create erotic content for the game, since a lot of my time is now invested into programming and game design (I have a ton of AI scripts and optimizations to write).
I’m looking forward to your feedback as TiW slowly evolves into a full-fledged team effort!
This also means that patches will go out a lot quicker from now on, especially for new erotic stories. (Yay!)

• Chapter 2 has begun! Journey to the Elven city of Leeth Serine as the story of the game continues to unfold!
• Introducing the Tactical Combat Engine! Inspired by traditional RPG engines, it features party battle between your group and various opponents.
• Grinding no more! Increased the drop rate of map fragments to 100% in Chapter 1, and reduced the cost of all items by a huge margin.
• Offline packages updated with NW.js 0.20.0-rc1
• Improved GUI, and flying menu can be dismissed with a click.

Author’s Notes:
This new update features the new Tactical Combat engine, which I must say is without a doubt the finest piece of software I have created yet. It incorporates all the knowledge I gained, not only in game design, but also in the optimization of animations and real-time events. However, I realize that all this game design is taking a toll on the amount of sexy content I can generate, which is why I’m looking forward to a great collaboration with Ada!

Yeah, the mobile version is always up-to-date. I'm also planning a mobile version for patrons, too.

Just tried it, it's quite funny how the battle system suddenly changes. I do prefer the current battle system though.

Anyway is it just me or the sexy content in this update was so minimal? Not that I mind that much, it's great that you're working on it and have a team now.

Paragon and Renegade points will begin to be computed, which will influence the story depending on your choices!
