Only one I know might be called Sitenno ( the first bgm ).

Well that's how it's named in the bgm folder of MonsterGirl Quest.

From the looks of the thread, no one else seems to be having my problem. I try to go to the Authors site and DL it off there since he specifically doesnt want any other mirrors, but no matter how i try to download it, all that is said is, "Unholy Sanctuary could not be downloaded" any tips?

it seems a problem with yor pc, try to use another explorer and/or clean your pc using cc cleaner, then try... if it does not work, try disabling your antivirus and firewall... they sometimes block downloads

I dont know if this thread is still alive, im guessing yes since the game still gets updates.

Could anyone tell me which was the program used to make this game, im very curious about it.

Hmm since the dates are not working properly on the blog has there been any updates for awhile now or no?

Er do you mean the first post with date "2022-01-01"?
That's purposefully done by him to get it on the top post so that people will pay attention; if you scroll down you'll see his recent updates

Currently, the latest blog is 2012-02-27

and no there has been no change since that last boss...
but I think there was bug fix or something...

Original link to post, because for some reason the above link fails to load the page properly(layout is all bugged as hell and does not display mentioned concept pictures, at least for me anyways)

But yeah, as Firebird said, we get giant spiders which* might* let to inevitable webbing. It's not an Arachnne, but what can one do, the closest to an insect girl in the Ragnarok Online Universe is the Maya which actually might be interesting to see.

RO have a spider monster, called Argos.

Nothing that strong though, just a big spider, in fact due to its moderate HP/speed and low defense, it's one of the easier target for archers to kite/farm during their low level.

Unless I am missing something, the version you are using is far from being new. And I have not experienced anything similar to your screenshot on this version.
