Just because D3DX9_39.DLL is missing, so the game can't run. I'll give you the one I have:

Yes, downloading from his blog is a bitch, but please respect the authors wish to not reupload the game elsewhere.

I find if you set up a gamepad with this game it works beautifully. Just like castlevania! Well, more or less. This is actually my favorite castlevania clone atm, h or no...not like there are a ton out there, though.

I'd like to play the game, but the game seems to hate me or my computer, or my internet connection!
Evrytime I try to download it from the site, it stops at 9-12%!

Is there no one who can pm me the game?

Everyone has that issue. Just keep trying, and you'll eventually get it all.

I actually have the old version of the game (111217)
And it works perfectly. But the game ends with the Church boss, so unless thr are new stuff in the updated vers, u'll just have to miss those..

Anyway IS thr anything new ?!?

2011/12/17 is the latest version as of yet, he did add a character bio for the protagonist on the blog, though.

I believe that vers has been the only one out for a loong long time..
Also ppl are having issues with the graphics right??
And i hav the version before any of the updates.

so..everytime I try to download the game, things are okay. But when I try o extract it, its always either unknown format or damaged file. can anyone tell me how to fix it or can someone PM me the game too

Odds are your download ended prematurely. Make sure the file on your hd is the same size as the one given in description. If not - keep trying to download.

Just thought I'd let you all know that I was using free download manager to grab this and even though it stopped FDM was able to re-connect and finish the rest of the download despite that server trying it's damndest to prevent that. So anybody having trouble grabbing this should try using a download manager.

There was a blog update yesterday and as far as Google Translate can tell, new level (without a boss) should be released by the end of this month.

I'm not mad or anything and I know this guy is developping a free
game but man! I can't remember when was the last update with that
flying nun from the 70's (oh wait she's flying, she's a priest but...)
and then I must say FINALLY update!! I shall drink tequila and party
hard tonight and when the cops comes at my door I shall tell them
There an update for Unholy sanctuary announced!!!
I expect them to join me on the party or else I'm jailed :confused:

And it's unfortunate I don't have Potato or Scud as neighbors, else we'd be having a very good time sometime near the end of this week...
