I've abandoned games b4, deleting all my files for that project and cutting ties with any partners I worked on with those files.
Not Sex Machine though. I have all the base files and even tried to onboard help from willing people who wanted to help me finish the game (to no success.)

At this point anything outside of the norm should sell well.
Android CR titles is a pretty rare one, so I wouldn't keep it on the shelf if you're short on funds.
My only advice really being? Don't do polls/waste time giving the same buffet to the same lards who would just pirate it regardless. The less niche the concept, the more you'll find whackjobs
me who would definitely invest more.
Anything beyond horrible art or the erotic display equivalent to a powerpoint presentation could blow the market up. Hell, you could always try some well-known artists, or collab with some blooming ones that are pretty active on here/Patreon. I think Kyrieru even helped a few people out.

when both sites want to fuck it's "consensual" sex "battlefuck"

Moreover, I don't know what gave you the idea that battlefuck couldn't be considered rape, there are in fact many situations in which it is. Both sides are trying to win and neither are trying to lose. So which ever person lost the sex battle got raped since they clearly didn't consent to losing.

Also what do you mean ask the police? The police are too busy dealing with actual crimes than virtual ones that don't involve real victims.

I thought the distinction between combat rape and battlefuck is that combat rape is one side fights physically and the other fights with sex. And in battlefuck both sides fuck. This is an important distinction because there's double the animations\images for battlefuck compared to combat rape.

this may be partly true. but there is clear evidence that both sides agreed to have "consensual" sex or "battlefuck" therefore, it is not "combat rape"

we also have to consider the setting of the game: The game takes place in a certain facility where the hero Igrec is in. The facility is full of autonomous sex androids.
so i doubt these sex androids will call the police and report igrec for rape after they lose...
but it's still in early development
