The gameplay is very reminiscent to Sealed Room Breed, and the recently released Princess Harem. And it looks pretty generous with the number of positions.
So the demo was pretty limiting, but some gameplay mechanics were demonstrated.
Body Strength(体力)
Unlike other touch training games, where strength depletes when an action is performed. It looks like in this game, it automatically depletes no matter what you do, so there is an urgency to get your actions out.
Scaling of touch effectiveness.
Basically holding down left-click (touching) raises the 感情(emotion, top right) bar, which otherwise rapidly decays on it's own. The state of this emotion bar then corresponds to the amount of 解放レベル(release rebel, top left) she gains as the left-click is held down.
Blue: 10
Orange: 50
Pink: 100
Purple: 200
The corresponding part your cursor hovers over will gain exp as well, bottom right tab. I believe as parts level, the hand actions you can perform will unlock. Breast(胸) levels unlock a breast pump for instance.
解放レベル should mean something like letting go of a rebelling attitude. When this bar is maxed, it'll deplete and one of the 性解放(sex release) crystals on the top left of the UI will be filled. In the demo this unlocked a new position (the left most one) but clicking it ended the demo.
Lightning Circles!!
So when the emotion(感情) is maxed for too long, these circles spawn, which have to be clicked away to be de-summoned. If left alone long enough, they will explode, cast some lightning effects on the screen and completely empty the 解放レベル bar. It would seem best to not be too greedy, and occasionally release the left-click, so the emotion bar isn't maxed 100% of the time, you'll still be able to consistently get 200s but the rare occasional lightning circles are much more manageable.
