What is everyone's favorite story in an H-game?


I have a very specific scenario for what I consider my favorite story in an H-game (H-game only, I like different things for normal story driven games) which is methodical corruption of a proud, prideful young noblewoman (or the closest time period equivalent) with the corruption being entirely optional. My ideal selection would be one where the selfish/self serving choices are the ones that result in H scenarios, which by the end of the corruption is a humbled out meat toilet, or mind broken, I'm not too picky at this stage. Fetishes I like at the end are body writing, public use. So stuff like Fallen is pretty close to my ideal. Stuff usually loses points for my if the heroine gets raped while doing something nice. As you can probably guess, I like knocking heroines off their high horses.
 
The Rance series is fantastic, both in term of gameplay and story, which is entertaining and fleshed out.
Rance VI is definitely one of my favorite hentai games ever because it scores so well in both the gameplay and story departement.

I generally don't enjoy games that have a good story and bad gameplay (altho I can enjoy the opposite), which in most cases is what VN is for me (really boring "gameplay").

Domina, the goddess herself, comes out and crushes out in a one-sided battle,you are then being made into a prisoner, and raped and milked constantly in a hellish place with no hope in between your constant rape, you are being thoroughly humiliated, beaten and choked to death then resurrected dozen of times, and of course fed more drugs that start changing your body into a mindless sex beast,you lose all your levels while your former allies keep getting stronger,then the loli martial artist frees you and you start escaping nevermind it was all a ruse, you fall into a tentacle room where you are once again brutally (and by brutally I mean REALLY brutally) raped and you learn that you'll turn into a monster like your father, just as you impregnate the mage.
fades to black, c-could it be that? nope, 12 years timeskip, you now play Aheru's son that just arrived at the Demon Lord's castle, manipulated to kill his father (your former shota) just like you did resulting in a grueling and cruel battle where you literally cut apart your former hero, now a huge penis monster, first amputating his arms then crushing his balls and cutting off his penis. New hero deals the finishing blow to his father while the 3 women literally come at the display
it ends on a "fufufu ~ now we have a new sacrifice ready" hinting the new shota will also go through the horrors above and the cycle will continue forever

I played Rance VI and never fapped, in fact in some sex scenes I was laughing rather than feeling excited. In kamidori alchemy meister you truly have the sex scenes diluted, it's mostly a good gameplay and storyline with some sex scenes at some points. I truly believe that those games aren't truly made to be fapped but more like to add to the story and world.

A kindred spirit, who is also playing Rance for the plot.

Another game which did a very good job with its storyline was Thug Hero Party, which was brilliant on several aspects (the MC who has many traits usually found in an antagonist, etc).

Couldn't finish that game, it was a bit too heavy for me, it's not like I disliked the MC but I hated the rest of the characters, except the mage girl, the bad thing about it is that I don't like to feel useless as a character, I like that I can be defeated and lose everything, even more if I can have a chance to take it all back, but that world... I would have been the demon king and burned everything to the ground.

It had good aspects, I can deal with bowing your head and waiting for the right time but I don't like to be so weak. I actually enjoy how some people insult Rance in for example Rance VI for being a non mage.
 
It's too bad, you would have liked the ending, then :(

I had never gotten angry at a porn game before but Everything you do is pointless, you were destined for failure and not only that but everyone ingame goes the extra mile to make your life as shitty as inhumanly possible with not an ounce of compassion, Every. Single. Moment since the day he was born. The ending taunts everything you did throughout the journey, your life, your father… everything. And the saddest of all is If the Hero wasn't weak, actually competent, smart, not a masochist and could actually explode with heaven raging fury, this ending would be the point where any sane guy would start murdering literally everyone who has anything to do with demons… unfortunately this is not who the MC is and what this game is about, but you wish it was.
 
Storywise, the original Monster Girl Quest. One of those games where I didn't care about H-Scenes and skipped through them. Paradox expands on the trilogy's story with it's own and hints at different possibilities.

Gameplaywise, Sengoku Rance was another game where I skipped through all the H-Scenes just because I enjoyed playing the actual combat and conquest strategy part of the game so much. One day I'll replay that and actually read what's going on.

I was wondering if I could put down MGQ as one of my favorites, actually, because I liked the world and all, but some of the characters were really one dimensional. Not all of them, mind you, but Luka always felt like a goody two shoes with a lot of self-insertability to him. Just my two cents on the matter, but I think it's somewhat of a mixed bag either way.
 
I like the wonder brought by games like Barrage and Ethereal Legion. I also enjoy less captivating ideas. As in with Cherry Poi. Don't let these little dick monsters touch you. I dunno. Alons Factory is also fun for me with the Dragon Quest games and Pregnant Angel. That's confusing.

Did you manage to play through to the third installment of the game? I agree that in the early parts Luka was a very boring character, but as the game goes on I really really liked the way they flushed him out and the events of the game kind of forced him to grow up and get past his idyllic 'everyone can be friends' point of view. Sort of like ATLA, where Luka is Aang. Just with a lot of rape.

I did, but I think the previous two chapters left somewhat of a sour taste in my mouth. Plus the whole change from actual monster girls to chimeric abominations and bizarre looking angels was not exactly my forte. I'm certainly not dissing the series, far from it, but the story, while still good, took some serious turns I was not the biggest fan of.

I'm totally with you there, I was super bummed when they had all these gorgeous angels and the like and instead started having everything with a trillion suckers and morphing into mountain size vagina-prisons.

However, I loved the storyline of Luka losing his faith and the like. Somewhat cliche for sure, but I enjoyed the fact that his first philosophy - That humans and monsters should coexist - held true while everything else in his life changed. The circumstances and reasons for his beliefs went all over the place and he saw some really messed up shit but he was able to keep that core belief strong through the good characters they introduced through the series. I loved it.
 
Sengoku Rance is the only "Adult" game I've played with a legitimately good/funny story.

I think someone else mentioned playing a rance game and never fapped, that's basically how I felt playing it as well. One of the rare "adult" games that are actually good
 
For me the currently in progress "The Last Demonhunter" that's being done by the Pervy Fantasy Productions has captivated my interest. I can't help but feel for the mc on her journey. Its not done of course, but i think it not being done adds an extra sense of anticipation that keeps me checking back for new developments.

I also had a decent time with "Elise the Devil" recently unlocked the last of the cgs, but the first playthrough was enjoyable, with Elise growing to become some sort of anti-hero at the end, even though the ending was fairly short and could've been done better, the journey to that point was well worth it for me.

Would probably have to say Muv Luv Alternative. Have not played Baldr Sky yet though, hear some good stuff about that game's story but still waiting for it to get localized. Fate/Stay Night is amazing and well-deserved of its title as most popular visual novel and H-game but its a combination of its action scenes, music, and story, especially the music meshing of the Fate route. If we're just judging base on story alone though, I would probably give the edge to Muv Luv Alternative. Muv Luv Alternative is sited by the author of Attack on Titan as an inspiration for that series, btw, though honestly, Muv Luv Alternative's story is much better than Attack on Titan's.

The only other H-visual novel that the JP sites that is rated as high as Muv Luv Alternative would be White Album 2 but that visual novel seems like its got way too much romance drama revolving around a loser protagonist so I probably couldn't bear to go through it.

Or are we just talking about the fap games, the type that this site is know for? If so than maybe Thug Hero Party? Or if we're just talking about H-games that acutally have gameplay than its gotta be Baldr Sky. Have not played it yet but its still gotta be Baldr Sky.

Kamidori Alchemy Meister mostly because Wil manages to do everything, including get the girls, by being super kind rather then manly or aggressive. He's essentially just a really nice guy who solves problems because he likes making people happy and him just being kind to everyone gets a whole bunch of women to fall in love with him. The story reminds of old school RPGs like Shining Force just with porn thrown in the mix which cranks up the nostalgia factor for me. I'd honestly enjoy it even without the porn and Fate/Stay Night is the only other H-game I can say that about. It was also the first large scale hentai game I ever encountered that had been translated, it's still the biggest translated h-game I've ever seen and will likely remain the biggest unless the MGQP translation ever hits.
 
Preface: IMO hentai gaming hasn't progressed to the point where excellent storytelling isn't uncommon, and given how few titles with any level of good content of any kind exist I have to place this feature at a lower priority.

However, with that in mind the best hentai (games or shows) in terms of storytelling that I would have watched/played without the hentai elements are Rance and Mezzo Forte.

Naturally, it would be great if all hentai games could have amazing art, phenomenal and replayable gameplay, and fascinating stories. However, much to my chagrin, finding a title with ANY of these is fairly rare...and I'd still rather the art and gameplay be the focus if I can only get 2 out of 3.
