What made you feel giddy today?

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

He has a point, super slicer. It has been severely derailed.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

I'm not backing down. This thread will go for a month or better without ANY activity. As far as I'm concerned it's about this far from being superfluous. But people DO use it, just not regularly or extensively. So I see no harm in a few pages of off-topic posting.

I could understand if it were in one of the H-games threads. But it's not, no-one's going to be sifting through this thread looking for information, run into a couple pages of off-topic discussions, and then throw in the hat because the thread's too full of stuff about people not feeling giddy. So give the rules-lawyering a break.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

You do not understand what would happen if such a situation occurs.

If someone wants to post something good, it will by all intents and purposes get stomped on ignored, and passed by in favor of off topic bleating. But this is not about the subject matter, obviously. This is about your thirst for literary blood.

So with that, Iggy has set you on Forum Ignore, and I have a plan to cut this conversation short at my post. You know what you're doing and you are not protecting any ideals, statements, or facts. Take the political stuff elsewhere if you please. Otherwise, the topic may get locked or worse.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Muting is a bit much, but it's certainly true that the derailment has actually gotten out of hand. ON THAT NOTE!

I'm giddy that PC principal appears to be geared towards a stable re-occurring position in South Park's upcoming episodes, which sounds like it could be great for hilarious if somewhat unreliable political commentary.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

The state of the BAITBOX some fifteen minutes ago is enough for me to feel that today was a good day as far as I am concerned.

PS: For those that might come here later on, just imagine this:

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Yesterday, I walked into a donut shop with a friend yesterday. I saw a help wanted sign. I ask about the job. After talking with the manager, I was told to come in at 5:30 am today. When I did, I was starting work there. I didn't even have to fill out an application. So happy~!

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Congrats on the job, Iggy. :) It's always great when an employer talks with you face to face and manages the decision based on that. In my experience, that means the boss is more sympathetic and approachable, although that's just me, of course.

Oh, and I won a 1,5l bottle of Coke zero the other day when I went shopping :D Just a little thing, but a nice break to the fairly dreary time I've had lately.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Well done, Iggy. I trust you'll be hooking all of us up with free donuts now.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Sure thing. Just come all the way to Maryland and I'll hook you up.

I won a 1,5l coke zero today as well! o_O

I'm in Rhode Island. I could totally make a trip to Iggy's Donut Shoppe. Don't tempt me. :p

Watching this sonic fan play Project X completely blind.

2:00 in, see him pick tails. OOOOOOH BOY! 3:45 in, "I'm so scared." As you should be. As you should.

I wish I'd seen him react to the spiders, but he just barely didn't make it. One of the funniest reaction type vids I've ever seen.

I know right, it becomes more and more of a trainwreck as he plays, and it is glorious! It is a shame he stops after world one. I was dying to see his reaction to the horse rape >:3

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

I remember when I was a normie who would be bothered by things like this. Brings a nostalgic tear to mine eye.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Man, I know this game is satire, but it's weird how the Sonic fandom has so much weird shit in it.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

It is awfully weird. The only two sonic games I ever really played extensively was Sonic 2, and to a lesser extent Sonic 3 & Knuckles (And the cool insert Sonic 2 into S3&K to play S2 with knuckles as a char), which is pretty much my iconic childhood game, I never even got super sonic or anything like that but I still think it's a solid fun game today.

I kind of had my own idea of how and who Sonic was from his body language and his tendency to glare at the screen when you stood still for too long. Needless to say finding out anything about Sonic canonicality, the cartoons, or it's fandom ruined everything about that along with my childhood, and I simply stopped giving a shit about the supposed story.

Now the only character in the sonicverse I actually like is Eggbotnik.

Eyes fixed. That's sweet. Downside... I now know what my eyeballs smell like burning.

Yeah, I got the same thing done last month. When I smelled the distinctive burning scent, I asked the surgeon, "Is that what I think I smell?"

Surgeon: "Yup."

Me: "Awesome."

But the recovery wasn't too bad after the first six hours or so. Just follow their directions to the letter and you should be good-to-go. Being able to see across the bay over here without glasses is awesome.

Re: What made you feel giddy today?

Glad that some folks are able to afford and get corrective eye surgery. I can only imagine how inconvenient it is to need glasses to see things at certain distances all the time, so it must be quite a liberating experience!
