Fixed a few things and translated some minor things.
This is a Wolf Game, first one I done. If you find a error, bad translation, something you want translated let me know with a reply below.

I have updated the readme on how to apply the Wolf Translation.
Also added a guide on how to use the tool i used for translatin.
