If ur planning to put ejaculation during or at the end of the sex animation like one of the guys said above, u could make her have cum left on her body or maybe make the clothes damaged. Although the clothing damage wont really have meaning since there isnt any attack or grapple in the game that damages it. This probably might up the game a little bit but thats just me. Dont know about the others.

pretty much my experience with the demo. I thought it was pretty easy just spam attack. then 2 enemy's at once can't hit both and I got grabbed... and couldn't figure out what to do after that said fuck it. also had the problem where I couldn't move on till I fought and it was just a endless loop of kill the enemy another enemy spawn. Art work is amazing, styling and set up are nice, but game play mechanics are annoying.

Would be great if there will be some indication on when the enemy is about to release you from a grapple (like she slaps the paperhead on the face or something) - this will make it easier to know that you have to get away from the enemy to avoid the chainrape by the same one enemy.

I wanted to suggest pretty much what SoulBreka said: when she loses and wakes up - have her have some cum on her or have her clothes damaged or one article of clothes missing - this could be some kind of 'lives' system: if you lose with all your clothes off (or that much cum on you) - its game over.
But I thought I read somewhere that Wolfenstahl will not be implementing clothing damage in his games or I might be wrong.

I've seen some people talk about how the grab system is anti-climatic (i made a pun) in an hentai-game.
While personally i can handle that well i guess you could make a difficulty where the player basically decides what happens next
(example: press up to get kissed, right for grope, left for insertion etc etc etc)
That would be something along the lines of casual difficulty where players are supposed to enjoy the story/porn rather than have a chalenge.

This is just an idea to make everyone happy, personally i found the game quite enjoyable and hope you keep up the good work.

I would like to go ahead and distance myself from most suggestions. I don't like making suggestions since it's the creators game and I allow them the solution around what I feel is constructive criticism on my part.

I think all these "casual" mentions are just silly. Like I said, it's not the difficulty of the enemies. Sandbox may be a good idea, but aside from that, everything I'm hearing from people suggested to games are ridiculous and it's not just this game. There's no reason to put in control over the animations. There's no reason to change the difficulty level. No reason to put in animations to show the grapple ending or add animations of cumming to the grapple. I feel all these suggestions are whipped cream, just unnecessary toppings to issues that won't actually be helped by their implementations.
I just have difficulty with the chain grabbing and sluggish attacking of enemies, purely structural.

Actually, I think many of those things are quite necessary, for a final product of course, not in the demo, since you'd want your finished game to be polished, smooth, and varied, adding grapple endings and cumming animations does just that. Sure the real gem lies in the content, basic animations, and artwork, but the polishing finishes make it a home run.

With all due respect, the purpose of a suggestion is to give the creator an idea that he may or not take up on, if they don't like or don't want to do it they are free to just disagree and not do it.
Sometimes small details are what separates awesome from good games.
(not trying to start a fight, just disagreeing with you)

As for the suggestion i made, i said before, i like the game as it is now, in my opinion its one of the best hentai-games I've seen as of yet and still full of potential and i intend in no way to deviate it from the creators' idea, just giving a possible solution for the feedback of people who seem not to enjoy the gameplay itself and just want to fap.

All I'd ask for is custom key bindings, since my left is used to directional inputs and my right is for actions. Not a big deal, but would improve my survivability slightly.

Same as a lot of people here I feel that the combat itself is a bit meh at the moment, though not sure what you could do to change that since I assume the point is to encourage seduction?

I for one love the grab system and think you should keep it as is (although I personally would have swapped around what kick and run do during phase 2). I think it's clever and unique and after you get used to it not bad at all. If I had designed it myself, I think I would have not made "attack" during grab use up stamina, but rather just have a limited number of times it could be pressed per phase, and have "resist" eat up stamina and turn it into health and negative pleasure, and instead of enemy rapes hurting stamina, they just increase pleasure faster.

So in terms of structure, combat could ideally use some refining (maybe look at Project X for ideas? You have a similar game structure so could try and copy how combat works there). Oh and also returning to full health between sections might be an idea, or something like that? Because there were some times when I just stood still for ages at the start of a new area to go back to full health before moving forward. Oh and a jump while running should go further / faster.

As for the sprites & animation, I'm liking what I see, and hope to see more. Things I would love to see are cumshots (especially ones that stay on after the event), animation for when the protagonist orgasms, and animation for when the protagonist breaks out of the grab or kills the enemy from a grab.

I congratulate you for this demo already Wolfenstahl. The demo is promising for the future for a beginning. The the look of heroin is sexy and GC are beautiful and sexy.

But it lacks animations for this moment to make the game more fluid as on project X. Otherwise I think you need to add other sounds (during the rape scene) not to make the game repetitive.

Continue like this it's great :D!!

Only complaints I have is:
1.) it isn't finished
2.) no cum animations/sounds(I also personally think her pleasure meter fills too fast)
3.) no custom controls
4.) it isn't finished

Great job otherwise! Animation is pretty nice, her control is pretty fluid and the voice acting is pretty sexy. Loving it so far!

Fun! Keep up the good work.

Bug report: In the sewer stage, after the first tentacle beast, there is a gap over the upper walkways. I jumped over these, kept going down and right and down and right and down and right, off the screen. Interestingly, the shadow kept drawing where I should have been, although it would jerk strangely when I hit the jump button.

nice work done so far, awesome sprites, movement, manuals, ui.

the animations just seem to need a little bit of work, they are not very fluid.
I'm quite the fan of 2d hentai games and this one is VERY promising to say the least, if the animations would be a little bit smoother it would be one of the best, even in this early state of development.

Looks like a solid release so far. I'm quite pleased to see how the game-overs were handled, how you were sort of given a second chance to live instead of immediately being booted to the exit screen. Besides the things that other people have mentioned, I feel like I should reiterate the importance of the combat in-game.

For a game that's going to be heavily reliant on combat and fighting, it'll be worthwhile to implement more combo attacks and more 'flashier moves', with specific attributes to them, kind of like a fighting game. I know you've already mentioned that the kick is meant to push an enemy away, and the slash is supposed to be the weak attack that helps regenerate stamina, so I'd like to see more moves catered to a certain strength. For example, having a heavy-stamina consuming move that deals a lot of damage and knocks back all surrounding enemies would be great in certain situations. Another example is having a punch-punch-kick (MGS anyone?) combo where the final kick knocks the enemy back a much longer distance than usual.

The grab system itself is quite nicely done besides a few tinkering on the damage of your x. I feel like breaking out of a grab is kind of random sometimes, so it might be nice to have some sort of bar that shows you how much 'control' the paperhead has over you. If you deplete that bar, you can escape the grab.

Overall, superb work so far, and keep it up. Definitely going to be something I'm looking forward to.

Hmmm. What can be said? Well, I like the artwork and the sprite size is good too. The animation is decent. I do have to agree with others in the case of the grabbing system demanding a bit too much attention. I believe that a well made hentai game will ultimately allow a player to move through key parts of it, maintaining an interesting level of challenge, and minimizing the seam between the hentai element and the obstacle element.

Playing this game, I found myself either:
A: Melee-ing the shit out of enemies, to prevent getting spam punched when caught in-between two of them or to prevent getting caught in a rather tedious, time-consuming grapple when I simply wanted to move forward.

B:Beating a single enemy down a few notches to minimize risk of dying, and then infatuating them so that they'll actually grab, afterwards failing the timing sequence purposefully several or so times to actually get to the H-animation I felt like enjoying.

-_- meh.

It's creative, but it could do with a little pacing.

Grappling is weird for quite a while, but it's pretty easy once you figure it out. Basically spam X until your stamina runs low, then spend a couple of cycles pounding on V until it comes back. Rinse and repeat. Just make sure to get the timing of the guard thing down, if you don't let the H-attacks escalate it's p. easy.

My biggest complaint is that there are entirely too many buttons. Run button (and possibly seduce, unless you are really attached to it) have to go. Just make running double tapping a directional button like every other game made ever.

Also jumping is really, really awful right now. Unless you plan to substantially improve it before release just take it out. Could go the double dragons route and just have two tracks you jump between by pressing up/down. Would solve the problem of hit detection with horizontal movement being awful too.

Alright, tried out the demo and it's time for my own 2 cents :)

First of all, great job, I love any and all well made action type H-games since there aren't enough quality ones around, and this one is certainly up there.

Perks
-artwork is awesome,
-animations are getting there,
-I see you have a background story type thing worked in there, awesome :)
-good "second chance" system after being hit with H-attacks (part where she's tied up to the wall and has to fight to escape afterwards)
-good H-attack/grapple system indeed (though there are some difficulties with it, I will mention them later)
-good combat system in general

Suggestions/Qualms (most of these are based off of personal preferences)
-Slow, the animations are really slow (personal preference), the actions move at a speed that makes it seem as though they were moving in slow motion.
-Effects, mostly to do with the grapple system, I'm mashing X and V while being grappled, and it seemingly does nothing :\ probably something I'm doing wrong, so I'll probably go over this again later.
-Sounds, (another personal preference) I personally prefer voice acting with no actual words, just grunts, groans, and moans, maybe small screams, it just seems more universal that way (to me)
-Animations, I know this is a WIP, so this will act as a suggestion more than anything, more dynamic and fluid sex animations would be very nice, the regular movement and combat animations are good enough, but would be amazing if you added a bit more to them (as in a bit more "frames" or fluid motion to them)

again just my 2 cents (pumped full of my own personal issues :p)

Great job guys :) really pumped up to see what's coming up

Just make some more suggestions, keep them coming.
Especially gameplay wise, less animation wise.

Because... animating those high res sprites is quite a lot of work.
So there really isn't much that we can actually add.
We planned and did already a lot of stuff, and we can't stray too far off from that path.
(and we can't add animations for "everything" either, it's just too much work)

But I want to improve the game on the gameplay side far more.
(make the game run smoother, make it better playable etc.)
(tough I won't make changes on the Grab-System itself, at least not in this game, I'll simplify it a bit for the next game though.)
As well as add some "small stuff" that we can add.


Anyway, keep the suggestions, oppinions and everything coming.
I'll look into them, think about it and talk to my team about everything.
And then we will see what we will change and improve on.
(I just want to remind, that this is intended to be a "small" project and we actually can't do major changes that effect the game too much, or changes that would force us to start all over etc.)

And yep, of course I do "mistakes" as a game dev.
Especially because this is the first game I ever created.
It's mainly to test the Grab-System, to make some experiences and to learn more about programming and game developement in the first place.
So our future projects (and the more important games) won't have those mistakes in first place.


In the next days, I'll write on my blog what will be changed for the upcoming demo-update.
