ok first time to grab this ,i thought i have the wrong game but its not so the old version is different from the current version?...i saw a old video and couple of first pages of this thread and seems like the it was really change.. anyone could explain why?..

^ Dev went MIA for ~2 years and decided to re-do entire art when he came back.
Dunno if TC made the switch, but anything pre-0.1.4-ish should be removed from any preview/image, since the game made a 180 and isn't remotely accurate to those 2013 screenshots/videos.

You can use your old save file from 0.1.5 ^^ at least it works for me.

Guys do you have any ideas in which program I can open this RGSS3A file/archive in game folder ? Cause RPG Maker VX ACE isn't helping me to do so.

if you're talking about the " your phone seems like frozen in time" bug afer getting the intimidation skill:
what i did was: playing on 0.1.6 untill bed time--> switch to 0.1.5 --> do the interworld part and get the Intimidation skill --> save on the next morning -->get back on 0.1.6 and load
BUT, i'm not sure there is even new content after that part....well, you can get the mini event with the fairy at night...but i suppose that's all there is for now...
i mean "4 new animations where you'll be able to find new events with Mrs.Achawk, Nessa, Nanna and chipie (the fairy)."
Nessa's scene is the one at school during lunch, right? ( and you can get it before the intimidation skill)
Mrs.Achawk's scene --> get a piccture of her when you go play with her daughter in the evening-->show her pic to your mother when she's making dinner--->talk again to your mother hile she's making dinner to invite Mrs.Achawk and her daughter over--> talk to daughter---> wait a minute-->go downstair ( is Mrs.Achawk is still talking to your mother, keep using the stairs until you see her in the bathroom--> go in the bathroom ( the "shark attack" is the only scene available for now..?)
Nanna's scene ---> go to the school's toilette near the gym and talk to the guy there--->make Nanna do BJ instead of HJ
Fairy ---> after you free her, you can build a little house for her in your bedroom, with the same tool you used to make a hole to see in your mother's / sister's room --> after this, if you talk to her ( by interacting with the lil' house) she say something about sweet candy ---> after a couple of days, at night, she'll service your "candy" while your sleeping
Those are the 4 new scene, right?

According to his blog there should be a new version in February with more scenes, but as far as I know he doesn't said anything about repairing this "phone bug". I think that that the new version will be on svscomics about valentines day or a few days late. Also thanks for the guide to the new scenes ^^

If you mean getting the Mrs. Achawk scene it goes like this.
1. When you first get to the Achawk home remember to take a picture of her. You can also take her picture any other day when you visit the house at 16:00
2. At 16:00 any other day show the picture to Peio's mother. A scene will play that hints at a possible invitation of the Achawk family.
3. Again at 16 during any other day show the picture again and the Achawk family will be invited over.
4. Instead of playing with the girl, go downstairs to the ground floor, 1st floor for us Americans, and alternate between it and any other map until Mrs. Achawk is in the bathroom, click on the door and there you go.
