I downloaded the trail and it was the same, and judging by google translate its in the main game. So, you have to download the entire game, that's why its 1gb+

From the blog, the game creator seems to say its a PRE-TRIAL. The real trial will be up when the game is almost ready or is complete. Blog says something about not knowing what to name the game. The PRE-TRIAL is just for the game creator to get feed back on how the game setting feels at the very start. PRE-TRIAL has clothed boob grab/feel and a topless scene/self boob grab.

I remember playing one of these games...i don't remember which one though. or maybe it wasn't this game....it was different but had the same art style i think.....it had to do with her and her mother i think if i remember
Anyway i want to play this game now too since i think this is new to me.
