Those of you who would kill the puppy: would it change your actions if the deal required you to torture the dog for a few days first?

Revised deal: Torture the puppy with extreme malice for a few days, killing it at the end, and you receive $1,000,000 free of consequence and completely anonymous.

I would be able to kill the puppy in a no rules kind of inviroment ware I didn't have to Listen to its cries or kill it so fast it didn't make any noise...

However I will admit I value animal life more then I do human life so I would not be able to murder a puppy for 1 mil However for 500,000 I will gladly Torture and butcher my fellow man.
