Dragon Ball is a comedy with fighting in it.

Rock-Paper-Scissors is used in the Dragon Ball series as a way to fight.

Not really. You must be thinking of Goku's old Rock-Paper-Scissors technique. It was the only one he knew at the time before the Kamehameha.

I feel terrible having to ask this for a game about a rock-paper-scissors, but are we actually supposed to be able to win these matches? I've played 4 matches so far and I have yet win a single hand, let alone a match. I'm starting to think it's supposed to be this way and the "plot" involves enemies just doing that whole "I have fast enough reflexes to change my choice as we throw" thing.
