Gameplay:
An extremely orthodox traditional JRPG. ATB with front/back row mechanics, and elemental and weapon weaknesses. Maps can have fixed loot and also randomly generated loot that respawns upon re-entry. You can dismantle unneeded equipment for upgrade materials to upgrade the equipment you're using. The trial is pretty simple but it definitely looks like it can have a lot of gameplay depth to it.
...Alternatively, switch on Easy mode and just run through mooks to instantly kill them.
Progression seems mostly story-guided; progress through the zones to level up and get stronger, finish main quests, and defeat the demon lord, etc.
Controls:
Standard RPGMaker.
Ctrl and Alt to toggle the text box.
Q and W to tab between characters etc in the menu.
Story and H-content:
Traditional JRPG story complete with the usual plot beats: amnesiac MC that suddenly appears in a forest near a village, being a hero of prophecy (with his allies), demon lord with four heavenly kings (at least one is reasonably genre-savvy and competent in the trial), and so on. Largely light-hearted with some serious moments.
Main difference is the concept of panties doesn't exist and sexual acts are treated as the norm. Girls will relieve guys if they were the cause of arousal, fingering a girl is a lighthearted prank, etc. Content is most likely out-of-combat "lovey-dovey" scenes between the male MC and his party of females and other female supporting cast.
Personal Comments:
Feels like a very competently made game by a JRPG lover for JRPG lovers, but also caters to H-game lovers by giving the choice to skip mook battles or make battles 100% escapable. Large cast too so the scene count shouldn't be too shabby.
Also picked up for official translation by Otaku Plan. Not a fan of quality of their translations (I can count like half a dozen typos in the game's steam page already) but I think they do uncensor the games they pick up.
