ACT [YumamiSoft] CelSector (RJ01519187)

i knew someone will seriously struggle on gas stage, you need to shot with laser gun, and yes jumping make your accuracy significantly worse despite you need to jump to reach it, dev clearly didn't think this through
You don't 'need' to use the laser gun. I used the first pistol (mostly for clip size).

EDIT: Just checked, 15-round pistol has the least accuracy loss for pistols on jumping. Though the 'best' weapon for that particular button would be the 2nd SMG (has the least accuracy loss on jumping among all(?) weapons.)

Speaking of, is there another SMG and/or Rifle in the game? I've only found two of each but 3 of the other weapon types.

I used the SMG for the gas chambers, easier to hit while jumping around. I enjoyed this game a lot, though I lost to the final boss and have yet to give the final stage another try. I think you would want to use the guns that pierce through multiple targets, but swapping to the correct guns mid boss fight is sort of a pain. And after I lost, the game didn't reset my ammo to pre fight, so there wasn't much of a chance for a reattempt without redoing the entire stage to gather ammo.

P.S. Also a big fan of this.

Game is well made, although true, the shooting during the "run away from gas" is a real pain.

The game miss having a bit of a lore. Thre no explanation - not where / who you are when waking up, or what happening...

Customisation is welcome, seeing how rare it is.
But It feel the game miss some "ending" when you lose to the monsters (just a few for special even for exemple) would have been nice.

Just wanna throw my 2 cents in, just in case dev is looking here for feedback, but I didn't find shooting during gas gauntlets to be a problem. Just like someone else said, i used the default pistol and could hit most buttons in one tap. Maybe had to fire a volley for some that required a jump, but otherwise I didn't find that part challenging or frustrating. Gas is also very forgiving, I had runs where I failed a jump and was submerged, but managed to catch up with it in time.

Out of curiosity, where you using a controller or using keyboard and mouse?

It might help if folks having difficulty (or ease) with a section that's meant to be nasty would specify how they were playing.

I was using mouse + keyboard personally.
After that, it's true it's not hard once you get the hang of it. It's just you're not allowed mistake if you want to avoid the gas completly. You can still make it out even if you spend some time in.

It's just that all the game can easily be made using the starting gun (except mobs swarm event / boss) if you take it slowy... and without any warning, you just have to do some speedrun jumping around while shooting target while moving with precise angle (the 1st one which require jumping can e done 1st gun and good timing or machine gun spread. Second serie need perfect angle between startint point and target. Since you never had to actually partice that, it's hard at 1st try).

Basically, everything before that can be done 1st try if your cautious. But here you're told : die & retry for once.
It take by surprise....

Very hard game on my keyboard. Update saved my save file. Nice game.

Given it a decent try, haven't reached the end yet, but there's definitely some things that irk me.

- Why is there a facehugger enemy, that immediately goes for the crotch? They're called FACE huggers for a reason.

- You start to see some annoyingly blatant "inspiration" from mission mermaiden.
I understand it can be a little hard to be original, but that jellyfish enemy is just a direct rip-off.

- The tentacle enemies are disappointing.. How did you manage to make a TENTACLE enemy disappointing? The one enemy
where multi-penetration is basically their specialty, and basically every tentacle-based enemy, just goes for only one hole.

- A game like this, just begs for multi-enemy grabs.. Maybe I've been spoiled to better games, but it feels like it belongs, and isn't here.

- The "pleasure" system is pretty unbalanced.. What's the point of having pregnancy mechanics, if you're game-over'd from being (fully) raped by 3-5 enemies?
What, to watch the character birth enemies endlessly after the fact? That's why we have "Game over scenes". Suffering an orgasm doesn't reset, reduce, or pause
the struggle meter, so most game-overs you'll get are from the enemy just barely topping you off after having struggled free of the 13th one.

- The second I saw a "run" button, I was looking for a stamina bar.. But there isn't one.. So.. Why is there a button to specifically run, if you can run forever?
I guess to adjust for weapon accuracy, but if that's the case, have an auto-run toggle button, to make the platforming sections more comfortable.

- No way to edit controls.

Things I did like were

- The difficulty never completely raises to the point that you can't just use the infinite-ammo guns for most of the entire game, only really needing to whip out other
guns during an invasion room.

- The few enemies that have moves that fill her stomach passively, or just fill her in general. Wish there were more of that, honestly.

- I didn't find the platforming annoying, honestly. The weird limpy double jump made it pretty easy to deal with. What made it 'not' easy to deal with, is my momentum mid-air
being canceled because my character felt that giving birth was more important than obeying the laws of physics.
