Q2:Since the cat thief girl will have connecting animation,will you be able to view all the finish animation?
A2:He planned to have all animation have their own finish animation
(Not 100% sure on this one,but its prob the new cat thief panel animation have wanking,blowjob etc animation together,he plan for ejaculation animation for all position)
I wonder if it's referring to each time the hero cums in the original cat thief animations, and that in the gallery you could delay them or have him take more than a couple thrusts to cum each time... I'd enjoy that sort of detail.

I was just thinking about making a few predictions again but didn't want to double post. And what happens? Well, it's kind of obvious xD

He tried to make it random after you get the panel,but too much bug happens and he gave up on it

Normally I hate having to depend on RNGsus to get the things I like in video games. But this, I wanna see!

Also, I forgot that he had a place holder for the sea/oasis area in the gallery. I wouldn't be surprised if he removes it to avoid further confusion till it's implemented and ready to be inhabited (preferably a shark that's awfully thirsty). There was only one monster girl available there anyway, and she wasn't able to be caught in the first place. So keeping it and adding the area with no girls inhabiting it would be a waste of precious space that could be easily optimized for something else like, I dunno... Maybe... Blue Wyvern? She looked eager to make her debut!

As for bugs and patching, I don't mind having a few to discover in the next update. It gives me a lot to explore and new ways to play that the devs had originally not intended. After all, some of the most greatest and memorable games in history have some of the most notorious bugs every player knows about. Unless that game is ...

There's also that little red dragon girl, though she seems more like a mascot,been seeing her on zell's older posts.

Now that you said about it, Zell's newest avatar on his blog, that yellow-haired dark-skinned wolfgirl... we had never seen her full potrait nor her sprite, am i right?

What monstergirl exactly do you guys think she is?

I always thought that was a dude in the portrait. Is it a girl? Did Zell mention he/she somewhere back in the day? Otherwise, my only assumption is that's a guy. His attire and appearance look a lot like the clothes and design the MC in the first build of FOBS albeit he's more tan with blonde hair instead of black.

I believe the latest blog-post says that not much progress has been made and that he will take a slight break from it. Concluding that also in total half of the planned characters have been added. (i think)

Indeed not to mention he's brought the old shark girl concept back.
I believe my hopes of a beach/sea expansion being made are coming to light. :D

Apparently he is having a hard time in progressing,he has no problem with the sprite animation but its the programming thats giving him a hard time. And if this keeps up,he will never know when the next update will be,so he is currently thinking of upping half of the charac and add the remaining other later. Though the gimmick and map may be half finished in that state,since he is getting a bit frustrated because of how bad progressing is,what he really wanted to do now is drawing a line in the current progress(like what he usually do 1.08.1.09etc). And even then that half part is going to take a lot of time.Its going to get busier,eyes is hurting *sob*

Thanks for being able to read it more closely than I had, I must've just skimmed over it. I wonder what the gimmick is.

I wonder if he's working on a side project like that Alice in Wonderland game from a while back. That game was cool. And annoying at times.

Goodness gracious, just about anything I bring up, predict, or say suddenly gets attention from Zell. Blog, updates, now shark girl? If I were this lucky I would've won the lottery by now. Heh, ah heh... *clears throat*

Anywho, Zell really needs to take that break for a week or more. He's been at it too much lately. Covering polls, creating/coding new content, QnA's, all by himself. Even going as far as polishing up some of the existing content which was already satisfying enough. He's dedicated so much to his works that I hope losing it won't mean losing faith in FOBS at it's current state or final product.

If he gets too absorbed into adding and finishing a large portion content for the next update but can't find a solution to any game breaking bugs present in its state, then we may very well see yet another big delay. If we're lucky to get our hands on an early build, it might be as early as the 15th of January or as late as the 28th. I'd recommend he could either try cutting some of the additional or existing content to reduce a few factors that might make the game unplayable if he does decide to do that instead.

By now, he's hopefully realized he has a community under his wing that'll willingly support him. Whether it's by a patreon, play testing, and maybe even development (some at no extra charge if he is planning for the finished product to be free). If he released the update by the 15th for play testing, then he could see which bugs are worth paying attention to or ignoring with the help of some feedback. Then, if necessary, he can patch those and re-upload it as version B like he did with the last one.

I wish he changed engine to Unity, it's amazingly documented by now and has extremely big community to help, learning C# would set back project by few months but it would be better for future of project seeing as now that he's unable to add randomised scenes based on found portraits and he can always draw graphics in meanwhile which is arguably the longest part of game making.

I agree with you. This game engine is pretty old indeed (Action/Indie Game Maker 1.2 w/ or without updates), and he almost reached it's limit by now. I'm not sure that the switch to the unity engine will be unharmful for the project, it's a big deal. But I think he will consider this opportunity soon enough.

He probably won't change game engine for FOBS but most definitely for another game, he has commented that he has other plans for other games after FOBS after all.
