Re: Zell23 game "Forest of the Blue Skin"
I'm finished with animations recording (with sound). There's also a complete capture guide with secret panels locations (should be useful for new players) and some bonus stuff: animations from ver1.02 with reconstructed sound, such as
Pink Slime and
Gas Trap (Box).
You can choose between .mp4 and .webM format. For .mp4 I used ffmpeg x264 codec for compatibility and x265/HEVC for the best compression/quality ratio (but worse compatibility). WebM encoding was made with VP9 library - worst compatibility, but I'm happy with the results.

As for file size: for h265 and vp9 it stays below 2-3mb in most cases.
H264 has the worst compression, so I included it for a compatibility's sake only. If you don't have an ancient hardware/software - don't bother with h264.
Use latest builds of MPC-HC or VLC players for playback.

Thanks to
GermanPlasma for a stand-alone .swf version of FOBSver1.02 and other archived .swf's.
TL;DR started as a quick recording project for one person, ended up with researching advanced encoding techniques
