Don't worry, as stated by zeroxsaber above, it's not the "Most Favourite" poll, but a poll for deciding which Monstergirls will going to get more animations in the next update .
That's why that Wolfgirl on the Bench is one of the most voted, because she doesn't do much at all at the moment.

Well it can be stuff like skin color, or the animations they get in. Like just think a bit and try and analyze why you like a thing.

一番最初に作成したキャラとして思い入れがあります。既に追加モーションを作成してしまったキャラですが、何か違う要素も付けていければ良いと考えています。

This is what Zell said on Twitter when speaking about the Forest Tribe Girl. From what I understood, he essentially said that she already has an additional animation (the paizuri one) but he thinks it might be good to add other elements (I don't know what he means by that - maybe additional animations or other appearances in the game ?)
