You need to call for a date via the phone (hearts icon, second row usually) then head to the hotel.

Right, can now confirm that I am working on the partial. Talked with the developer on twitter saying that the v1.0.6.12 is the stable version.

Might be cause of a version difference, try using v1.0.6.12 .
Edit : Yeah confirmed on Discord. Requires v1.0.6.12 . else get bugs.

Edit: When I use an item, it changes the state, and that text becomes Japanese again.

Did you start from a new game or load one? Loading a game seems to cause this.

i get that same untranslated text. started a from a new game with the latest version off dlsite. seems to only happen when using pregnancy items like ovulation pill.

You have to buy the item, you unlock that shop by talking to the MC's friend at school. The items are quite expensive though so if you ain't cheating, its gonna take awhile. After which, it will be available in the option menu, if you have this patch than it should be obvious how to do this.

As for turning off the pregnant black nipples, after buying the correct item, the option will show up by interacting with the mirror.

Also, someone needs to make a discussion thread for this game. I would but threads I make never show up in the main thread list so there's no point.
