I'd recommend looking up text hooking guides. At the moment I'm using Textractor to pull text and Translation Aggregator to translate. Google with those terms and best of luck.

It's not the most intuitive program in the world, but with some work it's not too hard to figure out.

Since there's still not enough info to make a thread in GUC:
New update on the info of their next game.
1. The name has been changed, since people thought it's a dunmachi parody based on the previous temp name, it's not. Now it's "Dungeon and Bride"
2. The new info is character creation. Similar to Witch & Yggdrasil, you have some default characters and then you can make more (choosing from race, hair color, stat spread, etc)
There'll be 5 races, with human and elf at least confirmed.
Apparently there'll be race-based event as well.
3. Show image of marrying a heroine.
(Though it's this circle, who knows if that's actual happy end or 'and then she proceed to bang people behind your back' sort)

Non of them, since these programs don't translate themself. IMO
And there is new DEMO available for ne game.

Been wondering the same thing, can't find a demo link on the update blog.
Edit: I'm guessing it's just new info on the website, the demo url thing is confusing people up right now.

That's just updating the version on distribution sites instead of needing them to also visit the author's site and download the patch.
Actual current ver is something like 1.5

there are two versions concurrent, 1.4x and 1.5x (rebalanced).
I believe translation works only with 1.4x
So, pretty much nothing new, just uploaded the current version from the author's site to dlsite?

Yes, there's a red text warning that people who already has the current patch from the site don't need to redownload the game.

I've been messing around with the game files... or trying to anyway.
How in the nine hells do you unpack .xp3 files? All the tools I've been able to find have thrown errors.

Yeah, I got that far, but I guess I'm missing something obvious, because I don't see where it's putting the extracted files for editing.
In fact, I'm not even sure that's what it's doing, because while there are options for decrypting and unpacking, there doesn't seem to be an option to save the unpacked files someplace.
The only actual button to press is "Make Package" which appears to re-pack the contents into a new .xp3 file, which is not what I'm after.
Perhaps I am confused as to how the program works.
