Irene has such a weird way to get to the true ending.I still think that it's a better interrogation system, since it means that you can't really press the wrong button.
It's like Irene, I love it cause it rewards me for pressing buttons even though I know jack all Japanese lol.
Also, ever since he added the diamonds in Moody Niece the interrogation games have gotten way more complicated.
Moody Niece is a weird game. It has some really good scenes and some really bad ones. Like the standing position scene has a ton of proportion issues (is it just me?) Especially with the feet. All the doggystyle scenes are great though. I actually especially like the fact that he's using the environment for the scenes. In the rape end she's leaning over a drawer and it actually has a sense of space. He's still not doing much with shadows to show a sense of physicality but it's flash... It's hard to do that kind of stuff. In the mid dialogue rape, she's indenting the sofa she's on.
I think it makes no sense to rape her in the cowgirl position as well. It's a rape scene so you'd expect the guy to be doing most of the moving... but nah. It's so tonally stupid and I felt was added in just to fit a position quota. they didn't even use the sofa for the position unlike both of the other two positions. If they wanted to keep up the idea of using the environment like they did for the missionary and doggystyle pose, they could've made it a reverse sitting position (those are pretty rare in JSK's games... Of the top of my head I can't even think of a game that did it.)
Anyways, sorry for the rant. I think Irene was the last simple interrogation style game. It seems they'll be getting more complicated now.
