He does improve the overall quality and he adds new features to the underlying engine. I assume he keeps the improvements he likes for the next game.

I guess the thing that sucks is maybe he's running out of original concept ideas but we'll see.

If I had to guess, those numbers in the middle would indicate a different 'style' or position in which this intercrucial technique will be? I have zero guesses.
