Well it was technically Jogger's nipple, so it's just 'friction' but apparently I was prone to it, cuz I got it all the time, despite not doing any activity. I would just randomly get this terribly rashy feeling on my nipple for a while as if I had chronic jogger's nipple that would just randomly break out and have me bleeding inside my shirt.
