You are playing version 1.0 probably. I had the same issue, updated to version 1.2 and now I can go in the field (I don't know if it's needed, but beforehand I redid the scene with the shinai guy just in case).
On a side note, virgin status does change the sex scenes a bit, besides just the blood. As an example, being a virgin for the gangbang has each person only do it once, instead of multiple times. Not sure about the other scenes, but definitely that one.
HELP! People what to do when you start the game!! When will you visit your home for the first time!! I talk to a guy on the balcony (cactus) and got stuck!! I went through all the rooms and I don't know what to do next !! I tried to leave the house and they wrote to me that you didn't see everything in the house !! HELP!!!
I just had the same issue. I think I might have been missing a trigger from shinai dude. Basically, go to the campfire section of the park during the day, go to the fields, pick the top option where she grabs her breasts, then don't talk to the bum and leave the park. Should be shinai dude. After that, go back in and talk to the bum to be safe. Do that twice, as the shinai dude event changes very slightly, and I don't know if you've seen him before or if the second time is the needed key, so do it twice to be safe, talking to the bum afterwards. Then you should be able to pee.
Try checking the bedroom window and opening it (top option) and then check it again and pick the middle option.

Can you write down how you played through the game or some things you MUST do at the beginning in order to trigger all the scenes? Despite your walkthrough, I still haven't progressed any further. You didn't really specify the method to allow me to buy/sell from vendors. Also, that big brother figure keeps popping up out of nowhere and stops me from going certain places.

Vendor scenes are later game, tbh. If you still have Handsome dude stopping you from going to the park or the back alley, then you need to get your meters up. The guide isn't all inclusive of everything that happens, just a check-list for most gated events. Following the guide as a single step by step system won't get your stats where they need to be to progress to the middle or end of the game, but it will tell you where the common issues are as well as HOW to get your stats where they need to be.

The grinding aspect of this game is really annoying. It's not even enjoyable grinding i.e. your typical RPG game.
What did your stats and events look like after 2-3 hours of gameplay total? So far I have this:
-sensitivity at level 3 (halfway-filled bar)
-very little curiosity (only increased once)
-shame is completely empty.

I can't remember, but I agree that the grind was real in this game. A few of us all played for two days, to get to just before a sex scene, lol, if that tells you anything about it. Definitely had to work for this one. Honestly, if there was a better skip mechanic, both skipping text and skipping in game time, and if it didn't take so absolutely freaking long to get anywhere or make it through any scene that you've already scene, often times to get to another scene you've scene just to see if maybe there's something different, it'd be a good game. As it is, it's kind of a step-by-step walkthrough game or a wait for a save file game.

Would I grind as much as I did to complete the game? maybe I would have spaced it a bit better, but yeah, I would. Would I have missed the Pokemon Shield online tournament for it, like I accidentally did? Probably would have held off a bit there, lol.
Also, @Hoshi, I noticed that the walkthrough for the "half-production" scene with the bra-stealing bum in the park by the campfire has several times at the end, starting when you go there without peeing in the bushes, where you pick the option "Just a little bit..." but that isn't the correct option. It's the other one without the dots that makes her cover her chest. I kept repeating the area to see if I missed a trigger, and that was it.

I know that bit to much to ask, but you have their over 50 Saves and like me i dont know what to do on any save.. for example what i have to do on Save 1? could you write it down maybe?

I was also stuck with this for a while then I read the japanese walkthrough and in order to continue the quest you need to show all 3 people of Kitamachi your gym uniform then visit the bathhouse.

I feel you. Besides the prisoners being useless, aside from acting as gates for other scenes, the bathhouse scenes seem like there should be more there, and the train seems so close, too. I was totally expecting a scene where she gets off of the everyone car and goes onto the women only car just to get accosted there. The teacher scenes cut off when they seem to go further, and it seems like there should be a way to stop the gaijin from getting phone calls. Conversely, I would have never gotten the final bag guy scene because the trigger is going up to an empty corner as if there was an item there when there isn't, and gating the campfire bum scene behind being a virgin really punishes players who just want to play the game for the scenes. There was a lot of good in the game, but there was a lot of annoyances that didn't need to be there, either.
I'm in a similar boat, though I unlocked the park by going to the bathhouse. Completely stuck otherwise. Park is only open during the day (and empty), I've never seen the flower train, I don't have masturbate, sensitivity is max, shame is 0, curiosity is 3.
edit: ok, able to enter park at night.. the trigger appears to be that I didn't interact with ALL the items in the park during the day (trash, tent, bonfire, shrine.. I missed the bonfire before)
