Hey all, I'm somewhat new to this forum (lurker, first time posting here).
I have a question and a request(?)

Question:
I've been messing around in Fighter Factory for a while, trying to learn to make edits (and eventually entire characters). There was an aggressor I downloaded from mugenryona that I personally like using, but the issue is that they aren't compatible with most of the characters I have on my mugen, gettag's victims mostly, and some from HCM. I tried getting my hands dirty and messing around with the cns9_baomaru code, took other aggressors I have that work with gettag's victims and looked at their baomaru code as well to cross-reference. Still got nothing to work, I just want basic compatibility so that the victim animations and sounds play. Another micro-question, I'd also like to know how you make it so that the aggressor keeps going after "K.O. by fertilization".
Anyone have any pointers or guidance?

I'm certain it's on mugenryona but there are so many pages and so many versions of kuromaru (press and non-press) on there. I looked through the image board and went pretty deep into the site, downloading the kuro's that I saw but still came up with nothing.

Hmm, i think it is safe to say it is kuromaru press without a doubt, as for the version i can 100% say that it is based off of Horuakuti's original version, but i'm not quite sure whatever it is only a newer version that he himself made but never released (Horuakuti was already plenty generous for actually releasing anything at all) or it is a random japanese user's edit (i don't think that i have actually seen that particular fertilization cuttin thus far, and believe me when i say there were plenty of those released in the past from multiple sources)...

Could someone plz share a link to Shiki Nanaya´s raper version?
Oh man, that's some really old char... I don't really know whatever you can even get it nowadays or where but if i had to guess i would probably advise you to go check HCM (hentai mugen chars) as they usually hoard that sort of junk (and yeah that raper is really crappy from my very limited experience with it... Btw i've had it at one point but deleted it after trying it once)...

I will also just say this: Most of those old chars aren't really worth the effort you would have to invest into finding them and they sure as hell aren't worth keeping in your character list. I'm saying this simply because those rapers aren't compatible with anything new and aren't comparable to the new stuff (heck even mugen ero's stuff is in some ways already behind gettag's work so that's really saying something). Again this is only my opinion on the matter so take it as you will...

Judging by the fact that one video is a random upload from 2 years ago and the other two are from the same user (who is japanese) that claims to have the version of kuro in question, I figured it's somewhere in the ryona uploader. Probably DEEP in there since the more recent kuro's don't seem to behave the same nor have similar cut-ins. Either that or worst case scenario it's an unreleased edit, can't do much of anything at that point.

If there happens to be a version without the gettag victim support (assuming that's an edit) I'll be fine with that and just try making them compatible myself once I mess around with FF some more.

Looks like an old-ish modification of kuromaru_plus. According to my archives it's mugeryona1977.zip, currently on page... 25, of the mugenryona uploader. If there are any more recent iterations of this kuromaru, I've never seen them - unless you count some sprite replacements Dawnstar did a while back. The archive contains files for patching an existing installation of kuromaru_plus* and Petra_Johanna_Lagerkvist. The files will not work "as is"; you must copy them into a folder that already contains a fully functional character, overwriting any existing files. I strongly recommend you copy the original character folder, rename the copy folder such that you will remember what it is ("kuromaru_plus_1977patch" for example), and apply the patch there. That way you still have the unpatched folder if something goes wrong. Infodump below, spoilered for wall-o-text.
*The kuromaru_plus in mugeryona1762 should work as a base for the patch.

Be aware that the 1977 kuromaru variant calls a unique set of victim animations, the list of which is far too long and complicated for me to detail here even if I properly understood it - which I really don't; it's also too long and complicated for me to have ever been willing to fully investigate. It should be mostly-functional on any victim with piledriver/mating press sprites, however - though likely with some minor alignment issues - and an install of Petra_Johanna_Lagerkvist with the 1977 patch seems to be fully compatible with all of its main features. mugeryona1977.zip contains a readme.txt file that lists the inputs for most of this kuromaru's unique attacks.

There are a few things that the readme doesn't note, however, or doesn't properly detail:
1) Unlike Horuakuti's mating press kuromaru, this version's piledriver/press position is manually controlled, though it will continue automatically after KO, and will still allow manual position and transparency/sprite changing via directional inputs and Start.

2) During the piledriver/mating press move, pressing Up/Down/Left/Right will change position, pressing the button for the current position again will alter the transparency level (none->light->lighter->dark->none), and pressing Start will cycle a) the current transparency type (Type-A for full transparency, or Type-B for an alternate mode in which kuromaru's penis is more visible) or b) kuromaru's sprite set ("normal" kuromaru or the bigger, burlier version) depending on where you are in the cycle. (Normal/Type-A->Normal/Type-B->Burly/Type-A->Burly/Type-B->repeat.)

3) Releasing the victim from the piledriver/mating press hold by pressing Z will leave the victim in their current position, possibly leaking cum. In this state, standing B, standing Y, crouch A, and mash-Z electric shock, will deal no damage (very low damage for shock) or even heal, and put the victim into a short animation in that position, possibly involving cum leakage. Cum leakage and damage dealt seem to depend on the victim's current health. Any other normal attacks will inflict normal hitstun and revert the victim to a standing state.

4) The uh... I don't actually know the proper name for it, the upside-down triangle buster thing? The one on HCB+y, is a bit glitchy. Pressing C during the buster works perfectly on Petra as long as it doesn't KO, and even on KO it's just a small visual error. A and B work more or less as normal for kuromaru, though the animation transitions are janky, and Z doesn't have a proper animation on Kuro's side but still plays the proper victim animation. Pressing X, however, causes the idle animation to lock up for a few seconds and then release the victim with minor damage, and pressing Y causes the move to freeze in place completely. The only ways to fix that last one are to quit and restart the match, reset the round, or use a debug input to reset all characters to standing states (Ctrl+i on a standard mugen-1.1b install I believe).

5) The tentacle trap move on D,D,x+y (usually listed in cmd files as "jedhasama") is also slightly buggy. I think the uploader meant to work on it some more, but never got around to it. It's been reworked into a manually-controlled hold similar to the piledriver/mating press move, but the victim animations for it are glitched, and the cum sequence (press C) continues indefinitely until it's interrupted by pressing X, and can only be interrupted with X.

Oh hey, thanks a ton!

Would I be able to apply this patch to Horuakitu's kuro or would it be best to just apply it to a clean kuromaru_plus?

i can help with adding a Raper Grab to a character,i'm about to make a tutorial explaining the basics about it,you need 4 states,animations,comands,sounds.
Edit:take a look into the quick tuto i did on this link and feel free to post any questions you might have,i know the move described on the post is very simple,but it gives you an idea how the grabs works.
can someone re-upload this link?

I don't know if this is the correct thread for this, but recently the Nine the Phantom character I have won't work anymore, the screen stays black before the fight before I get the error message.

I haven't a@tered any of the character's files and tried with different versions of mugen. The character has worked in the past

What's the error message? And have you redownloaded the character (likely Gettag's) and tried it again?

Sure. I'd encourage you to learn, as I'm probably the lone guy in here who strongly supports collaboration and not freeloading (not saying you are, just that most people jump in to ask for a file or a character).

Anyway, here's what I have for Kuro plus. I dunno current it is or how good it is in terms of its abilities/compatibility.



And yeah, I use 4Shared for my Mugen, and Mega for my translations; sorry if you can't use 4Shared, but that's what I'm sticking to now.
This is exactly the version of Kuromaru I need. But how can I turn off its AI ? I would be very grateful if you guide me.

What do you mean by turn off its AI? I'm not sure if you can.
Do you want it to just stand there and not move or fight? (Basically acting like a dummy character).

Under a normal Mugen installation (e.g. Mugen 1.1b), you'd use Versus/Training mode and multiple controllers (or on a keyboard, different keys), as neither character is AI-controlled.
In Arcade/Watch mode, you'd use CTRL+2 (CTRL+1 or CTRL+2 in Watch Mode, depending on which character you want to control).
That control shifts control to you, or the AI, if you initially controlled the character.

If not, you can find your specific controls in the Options select in the Mugen menu, or in the mugen.cfg files.

I don't know what you mean. If it's acting on its own in VS mode, it shouldn't.
If that's the case, try to use the solutions I've outlined above - use CTRL+2 to control Kuro on your own.

Hey man, Thank you for the info and instructions! @Tigris

Is this the patch to allow the kuromaru missionary press to be compatible with wider spectrum of victims?

After replacing the patch file into the kuromaru plus character folder that i have (and even trying it on a new kuromaru 2285 plus download file) mugen 1.1b1 bugs out with the following error message:

Please let me know if there is a specific kuromaru plus file to use and if there is any other way to get the patch to work.
